Rentmen Ad First Week

I posted an ad on Rentmen. I got tons of views and people messaging me the first week, but it seems to have all dropped off. No one messages me anymore. Is this an algorithm thing, or are people specifically searching for the new profiles?

I'm guessing all the views and messages was for that reason, a new ad. A week sounds like a good amount of time to where everyone local to your area has had enough time to see your ad. Now hopefully you can get some sessions and some regular clients. Feel free to post your ad here and self promote yourself.

You are located in a very competitive market, NYC. Your ad is quite appealing so maybe just give it some time. Hopefully some nice clients will approach you if they are looking for a new experience. Try to sort out the flakes as there will inevitably be some. Good luck.

I would suggest you spend more time editing your profile. Its a little vague and a little less than enticing. You're a handsome man. You need to find the WORDS that bring the men to your door. Be a little more specific about your talents.

A friendly suggestion I have is fill out your "into" section on your ad. I see you haven't. I know when I hire I like to see if a guy is into kissing. If an ad doesn't have that part filled out I tend to move on to another ad.

please stay active here at CoM....there are several other providers also active here.....add your RM profile link to the "signature" in your CoM settings.......though most clients don't know of this site (they only know Rentmen), this site is full of sincere, smart, savvy guys (and a couple nice women) who know the deal and will honestly (too honestly?!) offer comment.....it's the best website of its kind by far, but don't take CoM too seriously (there are some grumps here).... look all around here for hints, ideas, secrets.....as said, NYC has hundreds of provider profiles and that might explain the dropoff in inquiries.......though expensive, you may want to try some of the promo offers that Rentmen has to get your profile further up front and visible (can be pricey).......to be honest, you obviously are in-shape and good-looking and that certainly helps (ha!)........be very careful about flaky clients who will mess with you (send you to a deadend alley or a wrong hotel door, etc.)......I don't know the answer to how to vet a client, but even many experienced providers get frustrated by bad clients.......look over the rest of the "Questions About Hiring" forum here in CoM....... be safe and careful.......no money-for-sex-act talk at the meeting in the very, very rare case of a sting.....developing a set of regular clients is the key to success!....below are some threads on first-time hiring for client newbies, but you may get something out of it as a provider (escort)......stay in touch.......

I personally don’t think videos are important but I’m just one man.  I don’t need to see you in action in order to decide whether to hire.  Everyone uses different search criteria to find their preferred providers.  My recommendation would just be to be truthful about your physical description, your preferences, and what you offer.  Where you’re given the chance to write about yourself (description, interview) make it count.  The more intriguing it is, the better.

I think Gold Level is adequate. Some of the high profile providers go for Platinum to get their ads up front. I don’t myself put any stock in that ranking. I find lots of talent in the Gold category. I’ve hired in both categories and not found any difference based on the categories alone.

I think a few butt pics would be helpful, preferably on all fours. I generally don’t hire a guy if he doesn’t have any butt pics or isn’t into rimming(receiving), even if they are top only.

I suspect you'll find a lot of variety here. Having a couple of nude videos that show how you look is great. Personally, I'm not interested in seeing videos of a provider having sex with other people. Very often the videos are poor quality. If the provider is vers, it's hard to tell who's who. 

In terms of search, I usually look for: 

Position

Age (not really into guys under 30) 

Height (I prefer guys taller than me) 

And I agree with those who suggested filling out the "into" section. Some people definitely search on those terms and I look at them to see if there's a match in interests. It can also contain terms that I (and others) would avoid like "PNP."

Great ad copy!  I would suggest that you mention whether you host or only do out calls......and if you host, where in NYC you are located.  I echo the suggestions for filling out the "into" section.  I'm the type that searches looking for some specific things, like kissing.   Your profile has not been showing up on my searches and I assume that is because you have not filled out that section.  Wishing you success!
