I have no issue with your personal tastes and preferences. It's when you make sweeping statements about groups of people that are also not based in reality, that I have a problem.

I also have no issues with your personal tastes and the preferences or your husband/partner either.

I don't think a person could be 400 lbs. and heathy at the same time, and I think science proves my point correct. I also don't think gay men are usually attracted to overweight/obese men, but I do know the existence of self-proclaimed "chubby chasers" if that's what you meant with sweeping statements that are not based in reality.

What can happen is someone who is 400 lbs may not present with any health issues, but as someone who got to 320 and is now 260 and dropping - your health is better if your in the right weight range for your body.  My naturopath says she thinks I will only get to 240 as I have a lot of muscle particularly in my thighs and legs (from carrying all that weight around for many years)

Any provider worth his salt should be happy to see you, but it never hurts to briefly describe yourself beforehand, especially if it will make you feel more comfortable during the session.

This answers the question perfectly. Choose the right provider and you won’t feel rejected or judged you’ll feel accepted and valued.

Do obese clients hire obese providers ?

There seems to be a lot of commentary about how attractive overweight men can be...so I am genuinely curious how many of these men seek out the "beauty" of the bulge when hiring.

There are many attractive overweight men. I haven’t hired anyone who’d be considered obese because there aren’t many who advertise. Or maybe I don’t know where to find them. But I’ve certainly hired some thick, bear types and hooked up with some heavy guys.

For me, limiting oneself to a hyper specific type would be boring.

Good question! If truly such a high percentage of gay men are attracted to them I'm sure there would be some obese providers

Exactly this. “Discover your inner sexiness” Although I’d say it’s not inner because it is on display in how you behave and interact. A good provider will notice these things like that guy noticed you taking a shower. Someone who only looks superficially won’t notice.

It’s the reason if clients ask to send me their picture I decline. It’s not necessary to see a picture. A picture isn’t the person, it’s just what they look like not who they are.

Just a compliment to the guys posting here. We make ourselves vulnerable in these situations as client or provider. I’m surprised to find myself touched by what I see as the deeply spiritual perspectives, particularly of the providers here like the post(s) quoted above. It seems like much of this is about the very human unrequited longing as the sexual desire it’s connected to. In culture(s) constantly messaging that any standard of physical beauty outside of an incredibly narrow definition is not  desirable. This was not the forum where I maybe expected to hear this kind of enlightened point of view, but I guess that’s because I never really thought about it in these clear and specific terms. Sorry to ramble. But I guess I just wanted to say kudos and thanks.

There's nothing wrong with eating healthy, getting physical activity and trying to lead a more happy, well-rounded life because of it.

People don't need to be models or bodybuilders:  They just need to make better choices and take some responsibility for their long-term health.

'Hit the gym' is just one way to say it, but I'm certainly not suggesting we all become body fascists.

We all have different bodies and metabolisms. 4 years ago I did "hit the gym" and my body was getting close to looking like yours. But to do that in my body, it took six hours of exercise a day six days a week, religiously watching my calories (no alcohol), and almost no social life. And to be honest I wasn't even getting laid that much. Most of the "hot guys" I wanted were still not into me even though I had visible abs and ass for days.

I'm 60 pounds heavier today and have sex at least twice a week with a new guy. Many of which are sexy as fuck.

I don't buy the "metabolism excuse" and it's been overused and abused!

I was in San Francisco earlier this year, I remember seeing families of tourists and tell right away if they were Americans or Europeans without having to listen to them talk. The American families always had 1 or 2 members overweight.

We didn't have this problem before, 40 years ago the world mocked Americans for many things (real or untrue) but not for being overweight. If you are in a big city where folks take public transportation or just walk, you won't find such a high percentage of obese folks and specially children like you do in places where public transportation doesn't exist. Lifestyle matters!

Plenty of guys are chubby chasers or want to try it because they find it kinky, nobody argues that, and we take your word as valid just like so many other forum frequent posters who constantly have free sex with men who are in shape.

In jails most straight men prefer to fuck out of shape men because they find their body type more appealing and closer to a woman's soft body. Surprisingly there are not many overweight escorts or even porno where all or some of the performers are obese. I'm sure if Men.com or Falcon were to film a video with an overweight performer it will be a hit, and some might try it in real life.

There are many obese/large sex workers you just won't find them in RM. There are sites that cater to those interests. Also we need to consider basic economics here. There are many more gay larger men out there ready and willing to hookup for free. Due to American prejudice and cultural body shaming, most chubby guys, myself included, would never try sex work. Because people like you would harass us. There are far fewer "muscle-jocks".

1. I value my lived experience more than your anecdotal evidence.

2. I'm not sure why this topic intrigues you so much. Are you a chubby chaser? Or maybe you have some body issues you should talk to a therapist about.

3. My "word" that I hookup with hot guys seems to upset you. Let's be real. In every situation there's going to be things you cannot predict. I've been to a sex club in Palm Springs were it was almost all chubby guys and none of them wanted anything to do with me. Adversely when I go to the gym or the spa I can pull guys just fine. No they aren't all muscle jocks but if they get my dick hard who cares?

I hire when I want a specific fantasy fulfilled or don't have time to cruise.

I'm not upset but about anything you've said and I'm glad you have a full feeling sexual life.

I'm certainly NOT a chubby chaser by any means, and I take your word as valid.

My "anecdotal evidence" proves your point, some men are attracted to your body type for different reasons, kink, availability or preference.

Europeans are thinner than Americans is that they have more walkable cities, get far more time for vacation and recreation, have universal or accessible healthcare, and their agriculture policy is far better than hours. You can chart the spike in overweight Americans to us subsidizing corn in the 1970s, then factory jobs go away, the suburbs expand, and cheap, processed food because easy to access. It's all policy and it has resulted in the average Americans finding it much harder to stay fit and trim than they did 50 years ago.

But Americans are also told to blame individuals for their circumstances, which is the greatest trick the rich ever pulled on this citizenry. And then those who have more time or more money or are genetically lucky, treat overweight and obese people like they're moral failures.

You could be in solidarity with overweight and obese people, demanding a 35-hour work week, better public transportation, Medicare for All, outlawing high fructose corn syrup, and increasing the minimum wage, so healthy food is affordable. But, nah, you're on here sniping that no one finds overweight people attractive.

Please don't put words in my mouth I've never said...

Look down, I acknowledged several times that plenty of people are attracted to overweight men.

I do agree with you in the rest of your post about why obesity is a self-inflicted wound (lack of options for public transportation, subsidies for unhealthy food, longer hours of labor, etc.) I do disagree on banning unhealthy foods.

Like you and virtually other escorts here say that, but posters here are assuming you're all liars. This should make the topic done and dusted, really.

Don't count me in.

I know many guys are attracted to overweigh/obese men, chubby chasers do exist, and escorting is a great way for them to meet men of all ages and sizes.

As posted by @KensingtonHomo @Vegas_Millennial and others gay men like different things. Some men are chubby chasers while other guys want to try someone heavier because it's on their "to do list" or is just kinky. Also, sometimes gay men have limited choices and if a heavy guy is the only available choice some might say "why not?" and go ahead.

One of my previous boyfriends said he would rather lay his head on a pillow than on a pile of rocks.  Therefore, he'd rather sleep next to a guy with a belly than with hard abs.
