What about guys with overtrained holes? 🙂

Lol never encountered an “overtrained hole” before.  Is there any such thing as overtrained?  The more you train the more capable you become, generally.  The most advanced trained holes I’ve ever met can do some truly amazing things... 😉

Could I put the question this way. How many clients of escorts are in their 20’s and built like super fit athletes? If that was a requirement of an escort I think they would starve.

Exactly!

In most cases guys hire someone they can't have for free because he's hotter and other reasons.

Someone above talks about "chubby chasers", I never met one but I'm sure plenty of guys are into overweight but they're a minority. Usually gay men are more likely to take care of their bodies and not to be attracted to overweight men.

Tres policías, sobre Junqueras: “Al osito verás cómo lo van a poner” | Cataluña | EL PAÍS (elpais.com)

"Teddy bear you're going to get it in jail" 3 police men in Spain told that to a Catalan pro independence leader alleging his voluptuous physique is more likely to get unwanted attention by other straight men in jail and with no chance of sex with women. Oriol Junqueras also said his chest was mocked while being searched right after his arrest.

I never thought about it but in those circumstances it makes sense straight men would look at a pear shape body like that as closer to a woman instead of a muscular guy. Bringing politics into this subject wasn't my intention.

More "hit the gym" advice.

Enough!

There's nothing wrong with eating healthy, getting physical activity and trying to lead a more happy, well-rounded life because of it.

People don't need to be models or bodybuilders:  They just need to make better choices and take some responsibility for their long-term health.

'Hit the gym' is just one way to say it, but I'm certainly not suggesting we all become body fascists.

Well first of all congrats on your weight loss, and second of all, why would someone reject you for that? I mean there’s a reason of why you can decide whether you show a pic of you on your profile or not, you know what I mean? But if that’s a concern to you, maybe you could try to address that on your introduction message, something like “hey @provider I saw your profile and I’m really interested in spending some time together, I’m celebrating I just lost some weight and even tho I still wanna lose some more I’d like to spoil myself with a hot guy like you, are you available anytime soon? What’s the donation?” And that way you’re already exposing your concern and the provider will react to that, hope it helps

It reminds me of a straight provider who doesn't mind bears and chubby men because their "big chests" and "big butts" remind him those of women.

Exactly! Although some truly straight men who are hired by gay men like the idea of being paid to have sex with men. Is like a challenge...

Challenge, or a boost to their egos.

I like visiting Latin America because in their culture there is this widespread conception that a straight man (with girlfriend, or wife, and kids) doesn't become gay for fucking another guy when he's being paid, under the influence, or just wants to get off and go.

In North America the concept of masculinity is so fragile that if anyone hears that you exchanged hand jobs, or fucked a guy once even if you were drunk, they don't even think you are bisexual. They automatically think you are gay.

I remember from my meetings with some married men down there that the saying goes: "A real macho has in his life a wife, a girlfriend, a slut, and a gay". The caveat is that he provides economically for the wife, girlfriend, and the slut; but the gay guy is the one who provides for him.

as emasculating someone, exactly although some straight guys find it easier to bottom for a gay client because they don't have to be "into it".

Many of the guys who advertise as "masseurs" have really cheap tables so i would forewarn out of courtesy and so they can prepare better. But the euphemism is "bear" so i would describe myself as a "large" or "heavy" bear. Some are turned on.

I know about overweight guys who have broken beds too.

Bingo!

Let's say make an effort to avoid diabetes or having to use a mobility scooter paid by taxpayers instead of "hit the gym". Some might find it more palatable.

Very true. I’ve said this before and will say it again: negativity is seldom a good motivator. Wanting to improve your health or appearance is a worthy goal. However, beating yourself up because of your current health or appearance is not likely to be a successful strategy. I only made positive changes after accepting, even embracing, my (formerly) obese and out-of-shape body.

Curiously, this doesn't exist for them. In their mindset, a straight guy never bottoms. If a guy bottoms, even for money, he's no longer masculine or straight as per their standards, and he's automatically deemed gay or bisexual as only they would be able to perform those duties without feeling extreme pain, shame, or mental rape.

I also think the myth of the straight (or top) guy who bottoms for money, is just that.

Getting back to the original topic, and responding with a possible solution to @jtmick:

  1. Start on Rentmen.
  2. Use the Search feature to filter by 'Preference: Bears'.
  3. Browse the list and pick providers.
  4. Then look if they also have a profile on Rentmasseur.

Depending on your city, you should end up with a decent list of prospects.

Thank you @lonely_john!  I used a lot of the advice on this thread and reached out to a provider about 2 weeks ago. I was honest with my concerns and what I was looking for. I found an excellent guy and it couldn’t have gone better. I’m very appreciative of all of the comments and advice, and for this forum in general.

Just now I updated my settings for a preference for "Bears" since before your post it never occurred to me that someone looking for a provider who enjoys being with big guys would use that as a filter.  So, thank you.

I used to be very obese. I’m still a big guy. I always tell providers in advance and ask about their tables’ capacity. I also have a couple of minor disabilities that I notify about as well.

At my heaviest, I did break a bed during an enthusiastic coupling!

I was at a sex party one time (not professionally, I was there recreationally) and a couple were fucking on the bed in such rigorous style that the bed broke. They carried on regardless. That’s what I call dedication.
No client has ever broken my massage table although it is a very solid and robust table. When I take it on outcalls it nearly breaks me….I need a lighter one!

Zillions of people with diabetes have never been overweight. Never.  Elaine Stritch and Mary Tyler Moore are just two examples. Next you will go back to demonize people who live in Appalachia, or trailer parks.

Very true, particularly for Type 1 diabetes.  However, I believe there is a link between obesity and Type 2 diabetes, though there are many obese people who do not develop the disease.

In any case, I hope nobody demonizes anyone from Appalachia or trailer parks.  It really wouldn't be fair, since everyone in Appalachia is related to one another, and those in trailer parks have enough to worry about dodging tornados.  ;)

Critical Comments about trailer parks are usually made by people who have never visited a trailer park. Just ignorance.

Often it is genetic,  my sister and I are both big, we are both type 2, my brother has a very different body style, shorter thinner, and a BMI in range.  Guess what ?  He is also type 2 .  My Dr has told me that my weight had no impact on my pancreas and how it produces insulin.
