I always try to stay in the eastern part of Old Town around the Palladium Mall for location. SIA asian fusion has great lunches for $5. There are several Michelin restuarants there too and the Meso Wagu burger spot. Up and Down are close for rough trade (and Deni the cute bartender at Up).
