I think you could get more providers to stay if there was a forum for them as well. I love getting info and feedback from possible clients here, but I think giving a space for providers to chat would bring more in for the long term. Maybe there already is a forum for that I am unaware of?

There's no real reason for providers to discuss things with each other though? They're already able to comment and post on every other sub here and making one specifically for providers to post would probably be pretty dead

We already have a site. We discuss clients and share useful information about them such as dick size, body shape and whether they know how to suck a cock. They get a rating on various aspects of their ability as a client. 

There’s 8 scores that all add up to an overall rating. When you’ve seen a client you put his scores into the system and it calculates the client’s overall rating. That is then used to help us decide what to charge or indeed whether to respond atall to the client’s enquiry. 

The 8 scores are:

1) Desirability: 1 to 10 (where 10 is provider level desirability). Obviously on the site the scores 5 to 10 are greyed out since it’s not possible to award those. 

2) Interest: 1 to 10. This is an indication of whether the client is able to hold a conversation on anything other than his desire to get off. 

3) Communication: -10 to 10. An evaluation of his opening enquiry. ‘Hey’ gets a minus 10 score. Dick pics -11 which actually throws the system and deletes the client’s profile. The administrators are trying to fix that. Clients: don’t send dick pics if you want to keep your profile on the system.

4) Kindness: 1 to 3. The score used to go up to 10 but it never got used. 

5) Hygiene : 1 to 10. This score has a multiplier. It’s worth 2X the other scores when calculating the overall rating.

6) Ease of use: 1 to 10. Includes aspects like does he arch his back or just lie there like a sack of potatoes. (Yes I’m thinking of you- yesterday’s client…you score 1 on this).

7) Ability: 1 to 6. Not much is expected tbh. 

8). Defrayment: 1 to 10. Does he pay without haggling and how much is tipped. 

These 8 scores: or the D.I.C.K.H.E.A.D rating for short all add up over time to give us an indication of how suitable the client is to be seen. 

The system is hosted in the British Virgin Islands…so there’s no hassle with data protection. If any clients are wondering why they often get no reply from providers it could be they need to work on their Dickhead rating.

Even without a logarithm, providers can filter based on basic communication skills and the willingness to share information. I am consistently offered pro rates below what other people quote here. I always approach with respect and send stats and a photo with my first communication.

KIndness and respect matter..even if the provider has lurid photos and a lurid description of himself and his services. Maturity as a client matters to providers. That is my experience. Have two long standing relationships one with someone actually older than me and one much younger. They give me a break on their fee because we get along and they know I respect them and what they do and and they respect my respect. Really simple notion. Honestly, how many of us are willing to provide an intimate service to someone they have never met or seen. As my older friend/provider said once...you have no idea what horrors walk through my door...so be kind! And present yourself well!! Be as groomed and clean and polite as you expect your provider to be. And even more so as you are likely the more mature and experienced man of the two.

Maybe it's to keep it "D.I.C.K.H.E.A.D.", but I can't help but notice that the scoring doesn't seem to have anything around level of danger, personal safety, health risks, and things alike, which IMO, are more important than some of the other ones listed.

I don't know if I am being discussed, but so far my hiring has gone well, so guess I'm doing (or looking) alright.

I'm sure @Jamie21 will welcome some serious academic and procedural analysis of the efficacy of the points system used in this client assessment tool. Anything that would refine the methodology and add to the system's accuracy would no doubt add to its value to escorts and the fairness if offers their clients.
