No. I don't consider hiring an escort or masseur the same as going to a flea market where you can haggle. There have been instances where I've asked for a rate and they've told me a number, which I've then told them I would pass on because the rate was too high and they themselves offered a better rate, but I would never go into it asking for a discount.
