It's not implying that booking a session means it'll be a good one. It's stating that if they were to just let you book anyway you'd probably have a bad session.

Even as a client I find that other people on these forums can be insufferable and immature. Left and right there are comments from users that treat escorts like they're trash for setting boundaries or being mad that they choose to charge rates that are deemed too expensive.
If I was an escort, I might choose to advertise here once or twice but I would never actively participate in the kind of place that doesn't really value respect. There's just very little to be gained and I don't blame anyone for not wanting to be part of that
