I’ve run into some of these that actually do offer a full menu but selectively. They advertise on RM as massage only but if they’re in the mood and find the client appealing, they’re willing to do more. It gives them a measure of control.

Why is it over all too fast after penetration?  Lots of guys can get fucked for hours.  Never really felt there was any such thing as too quickly.  Things can start quickly continue quickly, get slower, get super fast, get medium speed, get slower again, then speed up, then repeat.

In my interactions I've always pushed against this notion that starting fast necessarily signals that the escort wants to get "it" over with.

I was resistant to massage when I started doing it.  I was happy simply escorting and my attitude was that if someone wants sex they should hire an escort.  Lying on the table, hoping the masseur will "do more", is not relaxing.

I've been there many many times, and that's where our counseling and (re)seduction skills should kick into gear so that after cuddling and discussion we can repeat the activities and come out on the other side.

I can see the argument for wanting to book a masseur vs an escort though. Its been my experience that when I book an escort, it can feel sorta mechanical at times.
