I nearly always book massages at least a week in advance with the occasional next day appointment. Is this specifically Ayurvedic masseurs you're talking about? In my experience the vast majority of male masseurs in London are happy for you to go naked and undraped. I've never been offered disposable underwear.

That's a good point.
