Douche problem

After I douche, there is always water left inside me. How can I get ride of it?

A lot of this is just learning your body.  Process all of these tips, and do some trial-and-error preps when you don't actually have plans.  i.e. Experiment with it when there's no pressure.

With the time to do it, I go very deep with the hose, high volume, many hours in advance.  Then give it some real time to drain out.  Jumping up and down helps.  Jumping up and down on your left foot leaning hard left helps.  If you do a deep clean or two well in advance, you can do progressively lesser volume as you get closer and closer to ready.  Definitely give yourself time between completion of prep and leaving to go to your appointment.

I have a different perspective on this topic.

Shit happens!!! No matter how thorough a bottom tries to be with douching / cleaning routine, it is impossible to know what might happen in the moment.

I think top providers need to accept that it comes with the territory. And providers need to be respectful and understanding towards the bottom if such accidents happen…

Of course if the bottom has made no attempt at all to prepare, that’s a totally different scenario.

I used to have problems sometimes finding the right amount of water. Surprises, as you say.
Listen to your body, and you gotta rehearse if you expect to perform

Rehearse, as in try different methods of delivery, retention, and expulsion when you have no plan for sex, and no pressure.

Learn timing of your system’s natural elimination cycle, and you’ll become more confident with less water to be effective for the depth anticipated.

Find tutorials on muscle isolation of upper and lower abs - very useful, along with breathing.

A thin, long dildo is a good friend to have. Even if you don’t like toys as part of sex, it’s the most effective way to check your instincts.

And just to beat the long-dead horse… FIBER. Fiber. Fiber.
Good luck!

Also worth noting though, on behalf of bottom providers …stakes are a bit different!  Clients are paying for the fantasy of a perfect ass.  Nothing is fool proof in that department.  But if you’re aiming to be someone’s fantasy of a perfect ass, you’ve got to learn to be as close to 100% fool proof as you can.

The last couple of times I bottomed ended with a bit of stain on the towel. So today I tried a full prep enema of my left colon. That is so involved! I mean it's a commitment! I don't know if I am gonna do that again. I'll stick with psyllium pills and  the one-bulb douche prep and hope for the best!

Your "left colon?" Does this mean you have a "right" colon as well?

If you go passed cleaning out the rectum, you're asking for trouble. Too many guys are over-douching and leaving water in their colons.

It really depends on what you are prepping for. A large one needs deeper douching.

No, because unless the penis can make a sharp turn into the sigmoid colon, it doesn't go beyond the rectum. If you're douching goes beyond the rectum, you are then cleaning out your colon which is unnecessary unless you're into fisting, and makes it a multi-hour process.

I tend to go to far as I like being clean, then I have a mess in the shower.  My work around is the douche in the morning, be careful of how much I eat that day, and then a light douche an hour or two prior to activity.

I would worry more about what you eat the day before. It takes that long to travel from the stomach to your rectum.

Or bring the hose and nozzle and attach it to where a regular shower head is mounted. Plumbing tape is handy too, to get a good seal. Be sure to use an adjustable pressure nozzle.

Here is a product I recommend. After sharing with several members privately, I decided to share here so everyone can benefit. Pros to this set are:

Long hose, which makes it flexible and easy to maneuver squatting, standing, laying or however you feel most comfortable in your shower.

Pressure adjustable on the nozzle base. It connects with a seal so you do not have to rely on gravity pressure alone, which can be low.

You can still use the shower head, no need to have a separate connection. Just turn the valve lever to activate one or the other.

Easy to clean brass, chrome finish. Durable, portable.

Just commiserating: I'm still figuring all of this out, too.

After prepping for almost an hour earlier this week, I still had a very little bit of mess, but enough to interrupt activities.

Then today, I didn't prep at all (other than the finger test) for a meeting with a strictly/mostly bottom. Plans changed, his "service top" side emerged, and I was as clean as, or even cleaner than a whistle.

The two differences I can discern are that I forgot to take psyllium the night before the first guy and met with him in the afternoon, which was after my first meal of the day.

For the second guy, I took psyllium the night before, and met with him earlier in the day, before my first meal.

Too bad there's no way to perform a controlled, double-blind study for each independent variable. 😜

As I learnt in a previous thread (I think that included a video explaining in perhaps too much detail how the digestive system works) eating stimulates the intestines to move it all along (and it's not simply the pressure of food entering the small intestine, there are hormonal and nerve reactions involved), so eating in the n hours before your meeting will result in some of that s**t being closer - perhaps too close - to the action.

Don't fuck around with teflon tape. There's a right and wrong direction to apply it to threads, and it can bunch. Buy a tube of TFE paste and simplify your life!

Yes. It's the gastrocolic reflex. But if you don't eat too much the day before there would be less bulk too move the day off. That's why psyllium may be a good thing so your BM for the morning of is formed and not messy.
