Going silent is not OK. At the very least the provider should communicate if they are running late and an expected ETA. This communication should be sent before the scheduled meeting time. This is common courtesy and good business etiquette. If there is no communication and no show, then I would wait no more than 15 minutes. Reach out to another provider or Grindr - as a bottom this type of behaviour is extremely frustrating given that I probably would not have eaten the entire day + spent a lot of time prepping for our meeting.

I have had the full manzilian done at a professional laser studio - all hair removed down there front and back. You will need at least 6 sessions for the hair to completely stop growing. Sessions are about 8 weeks apart.You may then need a maintenance session once a year… It was super painful for the session itself which can last about 15 - 20 minutes. After the session, there is no pain. The technician can adjust the strength of the laser, starting lower and building up over time. The higher the strength, the more painful but fewer sessions needed overall. Lower dose = less pain but more sessions. The hole area was MOST painful. On a scale of 1 - 10, I would rate it a 12!!! NOTE - if you are exposing the area to sun at all then you will need to take a break. Exposure to sun before / after the laser session can damage skin seriously.
