I should be very thankful then. Pretty much every provider I've hired have finished, something that I mention is important prior to booking. Can only think of two who said they don't/couldn't or that it was extra.

Social media definitely has to be one way. I've personally been successful pulling in muscle guys (some attached, families etc) from Instagram. Similar to what @7829V said, it takes time though. Some you may pull in quickly but in most cases you have to build up to it with small chat and that make take a year or two.
