I’ve had massages a number of times where the bulk of the massage took place after ejaculation and, with a skilled masseur, it has been great.  I was more relaxed and less concerned about what was going to happen next.  The problem with what @Jamie21 calls a “happy start” for us older guys is that, as much as we may want to round out the session with a happy ending, a second ejaculation may not be in the cards.

Depends. It's not a rule, I have not rimmed that many masseurs, but done other things to their butts that might require some rinsing afterwards.

I'll be somewhat of a Debbie Downer and insert this reality check lest some readers assume that every "masseur" is going to engage in oral sex with them. If you know you want more than a massage, communicate with the masseur in advance about what his services include.  Some guys really just do massage, and some others do massage with a happy ending that's limited to masturbation.  Don't assume that every masseur will let you rim or suck them or that they will do that to you.

As for how to politely ask the masseur for mouthwash, I would probably just say, "Excuse me while I take a quick restroom break".  Then you can go into the bathroom and take a swig of mouthwash if it is available.  You don't really need to tell the masseur what you're doing in the bathroom.  (This assumes that the massage is done in a bedroom, hotel room, or room next to a convenient bathroom).

You just sound mad that you came off as unclean. You were the one saying someone who rimmed you wouldn't have fresh breath and this and that.
