"Maturation". How are you dealing with it?

Just continuing to eat high-quality unprocessed food, working out daily, continuing to learn new things, and expanding my friend network. As long as younger folks continue to mistake me for being ten years younger than I am, I’m happy!

Age is simply a number. It’s just that I cannot see it without having to rack my brain regarding where I left my reading glasses.

A few days ago, a neighbor who is twenty years younger than I am said  to me, " Well, at our age..." and I interrupted, "What age is that?" When he told me his age, I said, "When you were in kindergarten, I was in working on a Ph.D.."  He gave me a surprised look, and said, "But you don't look any older than I am!" He made my day 😊

when I am told that, I just say that I moisturize!
