Sarcasm aside, after decades of conditioning, I'm fine with visual representations of heterosexuals having sex. It basically just washes over me. I can even enjoy heterosexual romance in movies. But in writing ... that for me is a total turn off. I just find it impossible to read.

Elle Kennedy has been an industry in romance fiction (both MM an MF) for over 10 years (with Sarina Bowen). I actually didn't mind the HIM series.
