Of course, a middle class income in the US and in Brazil is quite different, but so is cost of living.  I bought a healthy cart of groceries at Pão de Açucar in São Paulo day for about $50, and could have bought much more at a more middle class grocery (or much less at Santa Luzia or St Marche).

in 1998 I first went to the Gaiety. Dancers there charged 150 for privates at the time, but might take 100 if it was particularly slow. According to a CPI calculator, 150 back then is 300 today.

I didn’t get this when I was 25, but now I’m 38 I can say so. It tends to make me 🤨 when someone thinks guys are too old to escort after 35. And I even see many guys posting their age as under 30, for years. 

Though I don’t necessarily seek out trying to hookup round the clock, it’s less to do with libido and more to do with preserving my time and energy for paying clients or discerning men. But my desire and libido hasn’t gone south by any means.

I had the same experience. A couple of providers who were quoting in the $400–450 range in LA are now coming back at $350 when I text them. It might be seasonal, but it’s true that prices had crept into the $400–500 range and things seem to have softened a bit.

And of course, you always have the amazing Thermas bathhouse in Barcelona: €50 and you’re set, which is pretty hard to beat.

I've traveled all over Brazil. I definitley wouldnt classify Brazilians as "lazy" but those who are favela dwellers may seem so simply because they are frustrated by the absence of opportunity.

I travel a lot but definitely have not witnessed a drop in prices in any market, small or large.    Just came from NYC where every new provider who is hot is quoting $500/hour (often asking for a deposit or UBER to be pre-paid).

It always depends on the face card and physique of the provider. Whether it sounds negative or not. Unfortunately, there’s another untapped category to possibly determine the pricing of our providers, and that is how “talented” or skillful they are with the work they do. Just a remark in response to an above post - if a South American escort doesn't speak English (EDIT and lives in the States full time), he's most likely here illegally (or at least precariously) and comes from a lower-class, uneducated background.

English is the mark of a middle-class or higher education in Venezuela and similar countries. And when such escorts are constantly texting "friends" to get in out of their apartment, it means they're all crammed together.

I have found such Latino guys much more nice, obedient, grateful, and cheaper than their counterparts. As long as they listen to my Google Translate.
