Data shows that the middle class in Brazil is over half the population -- it's not small at all (though inequality warps distribution still). (Using the Rio Times because it's in English, and most CoM members don't read/speak Portuguese. Of course, a middle class income in the US and in Brazil is quite different, but so is cost of living. I bought a healthy cart of groceries at Pão de Açucar in São Paulo day for about $50, and could have bought much more at a more middle class grocery (or much less at Santa Luzia or St Marche). Like the US, every day conversation is rife with anecdotes and personal experiences, but the Bolsa Familia and other programs have had significant success. Data show that better than a walkaround. Some of our favorite regular providers are in their 40s. I have to chime in because this 100% my situation. I think men in the mid-thirties to mid-forties are generally the most attractive AND those that are providers tend to be very good providers, given their long experience. My two regulars are both in their late 30s/early 40s But on this specific topic, I haven't noticed any reduction in rates for Palm Springs or Boston/Provincetown. But these are resort areas and tend to have people who are on vacation and willing to splurge. Edited January 11 by TMB JB_Studio38, + KensingtonHomo, + claym and 1 other 2 2
+ sniper Posted January 12 Posted January 12 in 1998 I first went to the Gaiety. Dancers there charged 150 for privates at the time, but might take 100 if it was particularly slow. According to a CPI calculator, 150 back then is 300 today. Danny-Darko and + Vegas_Millennial 1 1

It tends to make me 🤨 when someone thinks guys are too old to escort after 35. And I even see many guys posting their age as under 30, for years. Though I don’t necessarily seek out trying to hookup round the clock, it’s less to do with libido and more to do with preserving my time and energy for paying clients or discerning men. But my desire and libido hasn’t gone south by any means. Edited January 12 by JB_Studio38 TMB and + claym 1 1

The past six months many of those providers reached out to me offering a discount. I think the average these days is around $300 again. I had the same experience. A couple of providers who were quoting in the $400–450 range in LA are now coming back at $350 when I text them. It might be seasonal, but it’s true that prices had crept into the $400–500 range and things seem to have softened a bit. And of course, you always have the amazing Thermas bathhouse in Barcelona: €50 and you’re set, which is pretty hard to beat. Pd1_jap, + Vegas_Millennial, + DrownedBoy and 1 other 3 1

Its citizens suffer from an unbalanced wealth distribution. The limited opportunity goes with that unfortunate reality (which has been going on for decades). Beauty is a commodity such that the wealthiest man will beg the poorest man (who has a ripped six pak) to honor him with his company. Nothing wrong with putting a price tag on it. I've traveled all over Brazil. I definitley wouldnt classify Brazilians as "lazy" but those who are favela dwellers may seem so simply because they are frustrated by the absence of opportunity. Lord, do I love Brazilian men!!
Muscle Lover 2 Posted Monday at 07:10 PM Posted Monday at 07:10 PM I travel a lot but definitely have not witnessed a drop in prices in any market, small or large. Just came from NYC where every new provider who is hot is quoting $500/hour (often asking for a deposit or UBER to be pre-paid). + claym, + BOZO T CLOWN, Whoisyourdaddy and 1 other 1 2 1
francisssgorg Posted Monday at 11:55 PM Posted Monday at 11:55 PM It always depends on the face card and physique of the provider. Whether it sounds negative or not. Unfortunately, there’s another untapped category to possibly determine the pricing of our providers, and that is how “talented” or skillful they are with the work they do. Yes, I do prefer a budget friendly provider that’s skillful with sensual and erotic part of the session than the face and body card because I cannot just drop a thousand or 500 bucks for an hour or so, I am not that rich yet lol! But I’ve also experienced several hot and gorgeous men who never delivered the satisfaction that I wanted. I, for one, am into the skills than the pretty face. But there are providers that can be an all in one package, very rare, but there is. TMB 1
+ DrownedBoy Posted yesterday at 12:12 AM Posted yesterday at 12:12 AM (edited) Just a remark in response to an above post - if a South American escort doesn't speak English (EDIT and lives in the States full time), he's most likely here illegally (or at least precariously) and comes from a lower-class, uneducated background. English is the mark of a middle-class or higher education in Venezuela and similar countries. And when such escorts are constantly texting "friends" to get in out of their apartment, it means they're all crammed together. I have found such Latino guys much more nice, obedient, grateful, and cheaper than their counterparts. As long as they listen to my Google Translate.
