socurious
Would you rather hire a bi, gay or straight provider? I ask because a lot of clients find the idea of having sex with a straight or bi man more exciting. Most of my clients usually assume I'm straight. Do you think identifying as bi, gay or straight makes a different when trying to find potential clients? seattlebottom
All things being equal I choose a gay provider first. Although I have learned that having a gay provider doesn't guarantee a great time and hiring a straight provider doesn't mean it will be a bad experience. + goosh69, Simon Suraci, Your Man in Arlington and 7 others 5 4
+ bashful
My best experiences have been with a guy who advertised as bi, but told me he was mostly straight, another who advertised as bi, and one who advertised as gay. pubic_assistance and socurious 1

dbar123
I prefer either bi providers, or partnered gay providers. I find they have less “baggage” and tend to be less self absorbed. JTtorretto, socurious, Your Man in Arlington and 2 others 2

Do you think identifying as bi, gay or straight makes a different when trying to find potential clients? Sexual orientation makes absolutely no difference to me. I've had great and poor paid sexual experiences with all three orientations. I do not sort or screen my providers by their orientation. But like @APPLE1 says, we prefer honesty. If you're lying and say "straight" or "bisexual" when you're really gay, just to try to drum up business, your clients will figure it out and not return. You don't need a good memory or need to be a good actor if you don't lie. Your Man in Arlington
I'm looking for more of a BFE type experience when I hire (kissing required), so I avoid straight providers. I've had good experiences with both gay and bi guys, and am more concerned about "I am into" than orientation. viewing ownly
I've found from experience the level of passion with gay providers to be greater. Being with a bisexual provider does provide more sexual body part conversation, but I'm not largely seeing these guys for the purpose of chit-chat. chitownguy and marylander1940

Unfortunately, some gay-for-pay guys are ungrateful with the "gays", many high-profile cases of them committing crimes against their clients. BaronArtz
I strongly prefer gay providers. In my experience, they have fewer boundaries and are willing to go further ... There can be no such thing as 'I am straight so my ass is off-limits'. That is not what I am paying for. + DynamicUno
Definately prefer to be with guys that identify as gay or bi. The dynamic of being with a straight guy often feels off and disconnected. Worst case is a guy that has to have straight porn playing during the session. My opinion is different than yours. Erections are physiological responses that can have little to do with attraction. For example, those who are abused by another guy may experience the physiological response of an erection during the abuse, even though they have no same-sex attraction. It's part of the reason why many of us who have experienced abuse are left feeling very confused about our orientation. socurious, Simon Suraci, Your Man in Arlington and 1 other 2 1

I am not straight or bisexual. Whenever I get my balls and penis waxed, whether by a man or woman, I always get an erection. I also get an erection when disrobed at the doctor's office alone in the room and waiting for the nurse or doctor to come in to examine me, not knowing if the nurse or doctor will be man or woman. I don't want to have sex with these people, yet I get an erection. I'll get an erection when the wind blows and I'm naked, alone, by the pool. Same when I'm close to a water jet in a hot tub. The wind or water jet is neither male nor female, yet it gets me hard! The statement above is akin to saying a gay escort can't get an erection with a client that they are not attracted to. Bologna. Besides, straight men get erections all the time when having sex with their own man hand during masturbation. Besides, straight men get erections all the time when having sex with their own man hand during masturbation. That’s interesting. I don’t think I’ve ever got an erection from a woman doctor examining me down there. Though I’ve only had one female doctor examine my genitals. My dick stays soft even at the idea of a woman touching it. Whereas with male doctors I have to try very hard to not get hard when I am touched down there, regardless of the age, or attractiveness of the male doctor. Even when a male doctor touches or examines my stomach I get at least a semi hard on. I do think some escorts lie about their sexual orientation on rentmen, but it’s ok. Many gay escorts advertise as bisexual. My regular I see identifies as straight and is married to a woman with kids. But he has no trouble getting hard or cumming for me, so I guess he’s more gay for pay, as he has told me he is not interested in men romantically, but only if being paid money is involved. It’s weird because he told me he doesn’t even check out other guys, just women. I guess to him a hole is a hole. MscleLovr
I much prefer a gay man. Or at least a bi-guy. For a while, I dated a personal trainer. He was passionate in bed, bottomed for me and told me how much he enjoyed swallowing my loads. So I was very surprised when he declared he was straight (had a girlfriend and baby). + KensingtonHomo
I prefer gay or bi (or pan, for that matter). I don't see the point in hiring someone who won't be attracted to me (always a risk) and is likely to be very limited in what they're willing to do. Plus I don't generally like or enjoy the company of straight men. Some of my best hiring experiences have been with bi or pan guys who are just really into sex.
