  1. It would be foregivable if his phone went dead but my guess is that’s not what happened. One cancellation without an excuse is a hard pass for me. Two back to back cancellations for any reason is also a hard pass
  2. Here in Portland there are bike lanes and racks everywhere. I bike to restaurants and coffee shops to meet friends several times a week. It’s so much better than mass transit or lugging out the car. Bikes in a downtown city are really the fastest way to go.
  3. I tip my massage guy 25%. Every time I see him he does a little more and adds a little extra time to the session. You get what you pay for.
  4. I prefer either bi providers, or partnered gay providers. I find they have less “baggage” and tend to be less self absorbed.
  5. I used to get massages from him when he would occasionally come to Boston back around 2016 or so. He was a super sweet guy with a great body and he gave a great massage. Somehow I’m not surprised that he got caught up in some weird shit. When I saw him he was into monetizing everything outside of just a basic massage. Still though, just a guy trying to earn money no matter what. Edited by moderator to remove political content.
  6. You are never required to find a strangers family emergency. Huge sign to step away. Chalk it up to charity and forget about it
  7. LPL has a fantastic channel. His Häagen-Dazs video was a classic.
  8. When I lived in Boston I used to prefer seeing providers I could walk to. It was fun trudging through snow to see someone who could warm me up.
  9. I’ve never understood the Kristy Keene hype. I think their stuff is highly overrated. Sickenly sweet. More of a Dunkin fan.
  10. When that happens, I just ask them to massage another part of my body that needs a little more. Sometimes it pays to take a little control in a nice way
  11. I prefer nice clean transactions. Cash in big bills and no Uber. My tip will more than cover any transport. I’m not paying to make my life more complicated.
  12. You’re a possible back up client. Don’t count on it. Find someone who wants to see you.
  13. Having lived in Boston for over 40 years the vast majority of people don’t speak with much of an accent. They sound like regular Matt Damon. You get it more in parts of Southie and some of the neighboring communities like Woosta and Glosta. Nobody talks like JFK.
  14. You must be a nice person. I think a simple “no, but thanks for thinking of me” is sufficient.
  15. Funny- I saw him about 5 or so years ago. Nice body and a nice enough guy but the sex was rather average. There was no desire in my part to repeat. He also required a phone interview prior to hiring which I found a bit off putting
  16. IMHE this is a bit wordy and your request for rates is buried at the end where it will get overlooked. I would start out with something shorter like: Hi- saw your Rentmen ad. What would you charge for a 2hr incall consult sometime Sat or Sunday in X city?
  17. Unlike an ugly tattoo, polish is temporary
  18. It’s fun to occasionally road test new people
  19. In the 50ish Rentmen I’ve hired worldwide over the past 5+ years I’ve only experienced the following issues 1) About 10% couldn’t stay hard 2) A few obviously were not particularly interested in me and were “ phoning it in” 3) Some 10% of incall experiences were in apartments that were unkempt or kind of dirty 4) A small handful of outcall guys were either no-shows or egregiously late. In one case the guy called me 3 days later and was suddenly ready for me. I had already left town.
  20. I meant it figuratively…I guess I’m fussy but flexible for less money
  21. In my experience with over 40+ Rentmen over the past 5+ years, there is no one perfect person. I’ll gladly pay $200 to meet 50% of my “needs” and $250 for 80% of what I want. $300 for 90%. Still haven’t found an escort who will meet more than 90%. Maybe I’m too big of an asshole
  22. I usually give at least 8 hours assuming that someone might be in a plane or otherwise off line. After that I assume they’re not interested and start thinking about plan b
