I'm ok. 😀 But I guess hot is relative. Some people find me hot and some don't.

One of the newest masseurs, I've seen twice now, went to full service both meetings. I pay a little extra because he usually travels some distance to see me. If I went to him I think his 90min incall service is 250.

Not sure if he goes to that far with all his clients, but he did say at one point, "...it's a good thing we have such great chemistry." He didn't want to stop having fun after the massage both encounters. So he likes something about me. LOL!

Because of experiences like yours many clients have unrealistic expectations about getting a sensual massage.

I agree, but many clients have unrealistic expectations about masseurs and providers alike. I think it has to do with the expectations they get from porn viewing and what they hear what happens with other clients.

When there was a sister review site up for the previous version of this forum, I recall someone asking why the provider didn't do with him, what he did with the writer of the review.

I was having this potential client texting me for days. He wanted a sensual massage for 170-200 dollars expecting oral and anal. This guy is probably watching too many sex movies. Fantasy doesn't match reality. I tried to explain to him that masseurs and escorts aren't the same.

Tell him to hire an escort that can massage.

Ive had $200 erotic massages sessions that went full escort without me planning that transition. If I'm open to the offer then my "tip" is in line with an escort's pricing. Doesnt matter how hot 🔥 the provider may think I am. This is  how he makes a living, not his private sex life.. So I would never accept a freebie from a provider.

I've hada slightly similar experience in the past. A masseur quoted me 180/hr or 225/90 minutes. I never go to masseurs expecting or demanding extras but i have asked and it's obviously their choice to say yes/no or play coy till they meet me and decide during the session. He said yes and that there was no extra cost for them. This agreement was made before he saw me, so me being hot or not was not a factor. That's just the default service he provides. He's also from another country but immigrated to the U.S. a few years ago and i've heard the norms/expectations of what masseurs provide are different in other countries. So i assumed it was a cultural difference. But yeah to @ProudWhore's point, experiences like these may taint the expectations of other clients. At the end of the day, this industry has no regulations and every one conducts their business differently. Which means there's no one set of "correct" expectations clients will have.

Think it really depends on the provider and the situation.  I've had "erotic massages" that were strictly handjobs and others that were full service all in the $250/90 mins range.  But I agree, in most cases, if you expect oral and anal, hire an escort who also massages.

You may already be doing this, but if not, I'd make sure that your ad -depending on the way the  website  lists things - only lists legitimate massage.

This may be too basic and slightly off topic but I've only gone the escort route so I'm curious. When someone hires for an erotic massage, what is the basic service that's expected? A nice massage that ends with the client being jerked off? No oral? No anal? Can you touch the masseur? Is he naked?

I've found that it varies from provider to provider but most are naked, mutual touch allowed and usually a hand job.

I think this should only apply to first timers not really knowing exactly what to expect. My first hire was a provider who advertised “erotic massage” which could mean a variety of things for someone with no experience. Because he advertised on RM, I was under the assumption erotic massage COULD HAVE meant sex. I was not disappointed at all, enjoyed everything he provided, but definitely left “wanting more”.
Again I wasn’t disappointed whatsoever, but now I know what exactly to look for in future hires depending on my mood.

I'm a fit, attractive middle-aged guy who looks younger (late 30s). I have frequently had masseurs do everything from kiss me, to rim me, to ask to fuck me. I never expect those things but I've begun asking what an "erotic/sensual massage" means to them because the definition seems to vary wildly from provider to provider. And, while it's subjective, I've also noticed that there's no rhyme or reason to how attractive the provider is. Providers like @proudwhore can't police what others are offering, but I'm not sure all the fault lies with clients. If guys are giving some clients full service for $200, they're undercutting their competition.

Well, in my experience, there are times when fantasy does match reality. I have experienced an entire range of encounters with different masseurs, ranging from a simple (and great, or terrible) massage, to a massage that feels sensual but not sexual, to happy endings (meaning getting a handy jay), to oral, to anal, to almost braking the massage table having sex in all kinds of sexual positions.

In my experience, and let me say it again, IN MY EXPERIENCE, the difference is not about sex happening during or after a massage session; it's about the masseur being the one who calls the shots. He decides how far he's willing to go. Also there are certain types of settings that many masseurs have:

  • Some masseurs also advertise in RentMen, which sometimes they use to up-sell services during a massage
  • Some masseurs don't advertise anywhere else, but up-sell services during a massage
  • Some masseurs (I guess) have liked me and have extended their service, or are horny themselves, or need some kind of release, or for whatever reason he has ended up having sex with me
  • One time the masseur was acting like he wanted something more, and I was the one who didn't feel right making the massage session about sex.
  • Different locations/countries use massage services as a cover for escort services, including the USA.
  • There's no rule, and as such, I find it ok to sometimes ask (me as a client) about what additional services, if any, are offered by the masseur (you'll be surprised what they offer via text).

So I understand that you are being clear about what you offer, but I also think that it should not be denied, that many other providers do go farther, do offer more for more, or just like having sex with the clients that they like.

As a masseur, you do call the shots, you state and decide how far you will go, and your client should respect your boundaries, but there's no rule about it, in my experience.

This is key. Whoever is offering services has the right to establish their boundaries up to and including during the session. Clients need to take providers at their word and NOT try to pressure them into other things. In this particular case, @ProudWhore should block this guy because he's not respecting the clear boundaries.

Seriously, most of the massages I've had that weren't at a professional retail environment have included some kind of extra service 😘.

Usually it's head (giving or receiving) but sometimes they want to fuck me (I have a big ass) or ride my 7" cock.

I've only had a handful freelance masseurs who could match the quality of a Burke Williams massage, $250 including tip. If a freelancer wants to charge the equivalent amount they need to be better than a BW massage or offer something I can't get at BW.

I find it really annoying that freelance massage providers think they can charge $300 for a 60 minute massage with no extras when I can get an okay 60 minute massage for $50.

I feel bad for freelance massage therapist that are pressured into moving past their boundaries. However if you're charging $250 or more for a 60 minute massage you need to be better that a trip to BW.
