I have noticed that Rentmasseur only reflects your current location if you have changed it, and not where you might normally be based. So his Paraguay location may be only temporary if he is from there and visiting.

I had the same experience with him, and also with other masseurs. They seem to have an autoresponse that immediately shoots a message back about setting up an appointment. I responded to that by asking for more info and then he messaged back and forth with me answering my questions (e.g., his rate, location for an incall, etc.).

Agree but Rentmen ad says photos (at least the public ones) were verified in 2020. I have chatted with him in the past but never met him.

Ad says home is Manhattan but his location maps to Astoria. I looked at his ad too and got the response with his pricing. Would be tempting but I need an incall and Astoria is not convenient for me.

I feel the same way. I am fine with sending a photo if asked. I don’t think it is unreasonable for a provider to know who is showing up at his place (I only do incalls).

A search of the address shows that it appears to be in a residential building. No commercial space is apparent from the building’s description in various real estate websites.
