  1. apparently he outed and threatened the dude, but the site still lets his ad be up.
  2. I don't advertise publicly anymore, i see regulars, and go through a friend of mine with a net work of traveling guys who look for this (he sets it up sort of concierge style)... you can always message me.
  3. This is an old thread but happened across it and wanted to say… this dude is someone I’ve known for about 15-18 years or so, and the thing is, he is one of the kindest men I’ve met (and that’s saying a lot from me) in my life. And yes, his description of himself in his ad is characteristically understated and modest - he’s beefy and hot and athletic and amazing ass, but in my experience it’s his genuine spirit that makes him special. I haven’t been in contact with him in a while, but based upon the date he put up his most recent RM ad, and the date it seems he “froze” the ad, my best guess is that in the short time it was up, he met someone who made it worthwhile for him to be exclusive (something rarely discussed that only happens to providers who are genuinely good people, and for someone like him it would make total sense). It’s just a theory but based on what I know of him, his desire for privacy, and his nature as a person, it wouldn’t surprise me if a client decided to “put a ring on it” as far as that pertains to this world.
  4. Hello - forgive me if this is here already, but a search for it seems to only show pre-pandemic …. Any advice/opinions for spas in Philadelphia? A good strong massage where they don’t just slather me in bad oil …. thx in advance.
  5. Yes. Now let’s see how they feel when a bar moves in with loud music til 4am.
  6. I am just baffled - and it should be a much bigger outrage as our tax money (at a time when there is little surplus of it) is being used - that the time and energy and money it takes to shut down spas, because god forbid a bunch of queens get relaxed AND get a hand job, is somehow a priority not only for the NYPD but for the city and its resources. There are people being kicked out of their homes because their careers were completely destroyed by a pandemic. There are victims of domestic violence who’ve been forced to stay home with said violence for the better part of two years now. There are addicts who were sober but lost all access to their therapist and other addiction treatments who are walking a daily tightrope to maintain their sobriety (many have fallen off, and understandably as they’ve been all but forgotten). HOW and WHY is it ACCEPTABLE in ANY priority list to shut down a fucking spa?! It is just inane and offensive and completely inhumane. And quite honestly, it’s the kind of thing that the gay community should care about now that it seems to have nothing uniting it anymore. Where are the leaders, now that everyone takes PreP and we can marry a dude??? What happened to them?? Were the causes that self-focused? The entire thing being only discussed on this random website on page 172 of one thread shows a gay community in repose, and a repose that is unflattering and privileged in the worst way. And it is this type of repose that will be noticed by those who seek to take hard-fought rights away as soon as they get the chance. (Though, we’ve all allowed taking rights away to be put on the fast track as we’ve rolled over to every piece of “guidance” the last two years, even when it makes little to no sense). Most of these guys who work at these spas have very few other legal options - would they prefer these men sell meth? Many are sending money to their family in whatever country they’ve come from, and now it will be more difficult. The fact that ANY person paid by the public spends even TEN MINUTES pursuing these businesses should outrage ALL of us. Moderators' Reminder: No politics in the Spa.
  7. i'm glad you see what i mean and fixed it. hopefully others understand as well. But - obviously not "out of" any league, cuz it happened right? give yourself some credit there. and then be discreet.
  8. Ha! They get in super big trouble apparently if they hang out (and especiallly go in the room of) guests. It's like a major no-no. (Seems in your free time out of costume it shouldn't matter, but it's disney). so, we had to go to a handicapped restroom in one of the restaurants and he was stressed out the entire time. but managed to have a decent quickie, and i'll just say he likely could've used some of that "do you believe in fairies" applause. The whole thing was just so absurdly funny to me.
  9. I once took a gig with a client who wanted me to go on a disney cruise with him. but I also had some time to myself, and one afternoon, Peter Pan was cruising me .. they aren't allowed to speak to anyone out of character, however - so (presumably because he thought he might lose track of me), next thing I know, Peter Pan has come over to me and literally says: "Hey there, buddy! I'm Peter! Hey, you know, I have a friend who would love to meet you, he just isn't able to come say hello for another 20 minutes, will you still be here? I'll let him know! His name is Brandon and he has always wanted to meet!" I was like ... "ummm, sure. tell your friend I'll hang here." 20 minutes later, Peter Pan / Brandon in shorts and a tshirt shows up and, about an octave lower than before, says "hey man, my buddy Peter told me you would be here." I don't know why but the whole thing was so absurd, especially the fact that Brandon was not allowed to break the charade even out of costume.
  10. my take is only slightly different because of how I normally get my clients - as a provider who does not regularly have an ongoing ad (i will maybe once a year for a few weeks, but prefer not to continuously for privacy / discretion purposes, being a single dad, etc), the more specific info in the text or email the more likely I am to feel like they are for real and it's a good vibe.... most of my clients though (due to my preferences about advertising) are through old-fashioned word-of-mouth (I used to work for a small agency in LA whose focus was discretion, so it tended toward lots of higher profile clients). So I've normally been recommended to someone which s a good starting off point. But yes, ultimately, i think most guys doing this want to know what you want and when and go from there. And the worst thing to do is act like, because they are to be paid, you are somehow entitled to something or a degree of attention before you've even met in person. (No, we don't want to hear things like "really? you can't reply when i'm agreeing to pay you??" Lastly - NEVER do what I saw someone on here do in an earlier thread and post something like "I got a freebie" and name who you hooked up with "for free" - that dude was not doing that under the auspices of work and you do not have a right to publicly state you got something for free, when most likely that is nothing that was on his radar whatsoever, and no way he thinks of his personal sex life, because he is a human being also. (oh yeah, and the worst option is to call - always text first !!)
  11. i posted on another feed, but worth putting here - if you're just looking for an AMAZING therapeutic deep tissue sports massage at a spa, go to All Seasons Bodywork (on 9th avenue btwn 42nd-43rd) and ask for ETHAN. He is the greatest. seriously. (it is not a gay place nor will there be any of the stuff guys on here usually want but if you're looking for great full body sports massage, he's the one).
  12. I was told that Alibi in harlem may start gogo nights ... will be staying tuned for that. i peeked in last night walking past and it seemed totally dead but there was a super handsome looking bartender. made a mental note to return to see about him ha.
  13. there is a towel. but he knows i want glutes worked, so the towel goes away for that. it's not a sexual massage and he doesn't jerk you off, but i can't imagine he cares at all if you get hard. seriously, if that's what's on your mind, don't go to him, he's a truly amazing massage therapist who is surely not paid anywhere near what he is worth at that place.... i do not hand out compliments to very many massage therapists in terms of actual massage technique but he is the best i've ever found for detailed full body deep tissue work .... i imagine if your build is not athletic, it might not be as good, he seems accustomed to working on athletes and i know several dancers in broadway shows (male and female) who swear by him.
  14. Ethan is asian yes. i am always nude for any massage, whether I'm at a "gay" spa or that type of spa or not. and actually, as someone who is certified in massage therapy, most "legit" therapists find underwear annoying to work around ... the glutes are the largest muscle in the body, so you're a terrible massage therapist if you ignore them, and underwear interupts the muscle directly. i always recommend nude no matter where you are or what type of massage.
