They are not but when you use the search function you are given (only at the beginning of your search) a range to search. It states From ___ To___ It doesn't directly tie to the provide ) I entered 200 under the the From and 250after the two and it listed 97 providers. It only shows up when you first hit on search and then you have to sign out and wait a while before signing in again.
