I feel the same way. I am fine with sending a photo if asked. I don’t think it is unreasonable for a provider to know who is showing up at his place (I only do incalls).  

Ad says home is Manhattan but his location maps to Astoria. I looked at his ad too and got the response with his pricing. Would be tempting but I need an incall and Astoria is not convenient for me.

I saw Jose_Ok last week in NYC.  He hosted at his place in Chelsea (ground floor apartment) on a professional table.  The massage was great and the play was great.  He looks exactly like his photos.  If I didn't know that he had been advertising a while, I would guess he was late 20s based on his appearance.

Agree with @DMICS. At the same time though I have noticed that prices for erotic massage have increased in some cases, where providers are now in the 230-250 range what’s before it was around 200.

The address close to the top of the "About" page looks like 148, but if you look a bit lower, it's actually 140 W 23rd, and the google street view shows that there is/was a sizeable street level commercial space for rent at that address.
 

A search of the address shows that it appears to be in a residential building. No commercial space is apparent from the building’s description in various real estate websites.

The only time I didnt get upset about a bait-n-switch is when the person who opened the door was actually better looking than the photo he had posted (of someone else who looked similar).

I find the $165 rate lame, it really is $180 IMHO (it's awkward to count $5 and I often don't have them anyway), which would still be reasonable for 90 minutes of good therapeutic massage, but it sounds more honest.
Having said that, why not find a way to offer a "good enough" 1 hour massage at $120 and see how it goes? It may not be ideal given your high standards, but if the market wants it that way, the market is right.
The other route is of course to add some sensual options as suggested above, but I understand why many LMTs don't want to go there (fear of losing license or just being uncomfortable doing it). My favorite masseurs over the years have been trained LMTs who at some point decided to do that, and I am happy to go back whenever our paths cross as long as they don't charge over $200 per hour.
