Yes, I find this suggestion odd given how few listings I found in Ann Arbor the last time I visited there.  I don't think I saw any listings from someone in that age range.  Maybe the suggestion is that the student population is available but only if you hit them up discreetly on Grindr or something?

I agree - I forgot for a moment that we were talking about pros.  I was just thinking that college towns would be good places meet guys in that age group.

I agree. I moved many years ago to a small university town with a considerable international student population. I had high hopes for potential "possibilities". Yet there is no gay scene whatsoever in the area nor adjacent areas. Not a single gay bar or business nor a single listing on RM. Nice eye candy out when I go to the supermarkets or take a walk on campus, but that's about it. Not a single sign in any of the men's rooms like back in my days. I imagine all hookups are done online though social apps. A college town or city doesn't seem to equate to much these days like it used to! Also I've noticed in the past few decades, that it's far easier for men to make some quick money selling drugs than to consider the need to sell themselves. And the few that do just go on CB where men thrown money at them to show themselves and chat with them and they have no need to ever meet them. It's a different world these days.

Although the idea of college towns being a hotbed for sex-for-pay activity..I don't think that you'll find many college students on Rent.men.

Any military but especially Marine Corps base towns. It's a thing. I keep wanting to visit Toulon, France which has 25,000 French Marines and a dozen gay bars and "sex clubs". I grew up in an army town and the base PX area men's rooms and the armed forces YMCA were constant sex. I remember the Armed Forces Y in Norfolk where you had to put your mattress on the floor to have sex as the Navy Shore Patrol patrolled the hallways listening for bed springs creaking from sex 

As an alternative the gay bar pool tables in less large cities like the 24-hr Quest down in Birmingham or the one in Roanoke have provided thousands of eager guys for many, many years.

In a day when college tuition alone costs $55K a year and 25-year old bougies get that $1 million from the parents to start life, students are rarely on the market however good looking some are (they have expensive trainers, dermatologists and stylists).
