Tried to make arrangements to see him in my city this past weekend. Pricing seemed VERY reasonable for the time we discussed and what he said we could do but he wanted to be paid upfront. I rarely use payment apps and the ones he wanted me to use I didn't have. I downloaded a couple of them and verification would take several days. I requested an email address or phone number to zelle him the $ and he never sent either. I figured he was trying to scam me but after these reviews I think maybe not. He wouldn't wait until I saw him to pay in cash. I got very frustrated and suspicious with the whole set up. Any advice?

That is not an obstacle for me. Virtually every provider I have met that smokes has never smelled like smoke nor had cigarette breath. I would imagine there are some clients who have a smoker fantasy and the provider saying he smokes would be a plus for said client.
