A coordinator in my department had the quite persistent habit of using the word mourning instead of morning, as in e-mails stating, "There will be a staff meeting in the Conference Room at 9 o'clock Wednesday mourning." After repeated attempts to cure him of this disability, I finally succeeded by having all the staff members wear black to one of the meetings. Point made.

    I'll be the contrarian here.
I think there's a lot of justification/rationalization on this site regarding rates and quality.  I actually don't think that higher rates necessarily equates to a better quality experience.  Some of the worst erotic massages I ever had were from guys who charged the most.  One of my favorite escorts (whom I hired many times) was a college student who set his rates so low that I always tipped him very generously.  My other regular had rates that were average at the time.  I also used to hire off Craigslist quite a lot and had many good experiences with guys whose rates were on the lower end, and a few times I hired guys with higher profiles for a higher rate and didn't enjoy myself nearly as much.  One of the worst was a "porn star" who just seemed haggard and very well may have been coming down off a meth bender.  I'm not saying that I never enjoyed myself with someone whose rates were towards the top of the tier; I'm just saying that my enjoyment historically has had little correlation with how much I was paying.

Yeah, it’s why I avoid 3-somes in my real life as well as my hiring life.
I’m ALWAYS more attracted to one more than the other (even when they’re both smoking hot). I end up getting into my own head about forcing myself to pay attention to the "less attractive" one. It feels awkward and strained. It tends to be even worse if they’re a couple and haven’t already worked through all of the inevitable issues that arise from such a situation.
Remember, you’re doing this to have fun. If it isn’t fun, you’re doing something wrong.

Clearly you are fond of this client because for most providers this situation borders on the disrespectful.
Inviting a second person (b.f.or not) without prior discussion of this being the occasion for such a visit is unprofessional.
Kind of you to keep an open mind...but you have a right as a professional escort to have limits to what goes down in a session.

I much prefer Chicago to Houston. I lived near Houston years ago, and although huge and with its charms of shopping, museums, dining, etc., the lack of more traditional zoning regs spreads the place all over hell's half acre, making it a genuine bitch to get around. And although I consider downtown Houston to be a museum of modern architecture, I found it rare to see crowds of people walking the downtown streets. There are elevated and enclosed walkways everywhere, making the city -at least in fable if not fact- the most air-conditioned city it the country. It was inhospitably hot.
And although always a visitor and never a resident, Chicago, on the other hand, is compact. Downtown and the Lakeshore are very easy to navigate, and I think it beats the Texas Giant for the above-mentioned charms. The winters and the snow can be brutal, but I'm less averse to cold than to hot, so in that respect, it's a better fit for climate preferences. YMMV, of course.
And both cities are nicely supplied for those of our hobby.

This might work for a subset of escorts who want to work shorter, hourly frames of time, but if you want to earn career money, I don't know if this is an ideal way to go.
You never put your client on the spot with a focus group:  It ruins what should have been a fun time spent by bringing it back to business.  You can more easily email these kinds of questions later, if necessary.
Guys- at least the men I see- aren't hiring me to be reminded that they're paying for my service.  They want to relax, vacation, enjoy, cut loose and simply have a friend with them who makes it all flow and feel easy.

Very good advice.  I understand his frustrations, but he keeps doing the same thing with these loser prospects and expecting a different result.  Time wasters are time wasters.  Cheap bastards are cheap bastards. You need to use screening questions to identify them and get rid of them.   My favorites, in my business, are the ones who ask,"Why does it cost so much?"  I used to reason with them like Jarrod does, but a long time ago I realized I don't owe them an explanation and learned to anwer them "Because it does.  Anything else?" And then get off the phone.

It seems from the shots of texts and conversations you have had with disappointing clients and potential clients, that you spend a lot of energy trying to explain your point of view/rationale to them.  That is an added investment of your time and concentration to those people who are not bringing any benefit to you.  I appreciate that you attempt to reason with prospective clients, but in all honesty, some people are simply unreasonable and will drain you emotionally.  When contacted by people who try to bargain, for example, maybe it is best to simply say "it looks like we would not be a good match, and I wish you well" in order to draw things to a quick close?
I think it's beneficial to be the driver of your own bus, so to speak, and not let a potential passenger take the wheel from you.  By spending all that time trying to reason with the unreasonable, it might give a bad potential client the idea that you are willing to compromise, and in effect, you are letting them have unnecessary control over what should be your own domain.

    A few things:
Cash App is not a Google product. It is a product of Block, Inc which was formerly known as Square (now one of Block's divisions). The best place to learn about safeguarding yourself and your funds when using Cash App is their Support page. There you will find a plethora of information.

NJF reacted to + nycman in The Role of "Sub"
There’s a big straight muscle sub who loves coming over and getting pounded out by me on a pretty regular basis. It took me a while to feel comfortable dominating him, because he could honestly break me in half. Anyways it’s been super fun for both of us. The other day while we were rolling around in bed, he ended up on top of me with me in a very sub position. Now, I normally have a very hard time assuming a sub role. It’s just not me, and I have a tremendous respect for men who can. But in that moment, it felt natural and organic. I felt myself freeze up for less than a second, then relax into him. It was a very powerful and emotional moment and he handled it beautifully and respectfully.
What I’m trying to say is….sometimes, with the right person, it’s fun to explore outside your comfort zone!

One memorable proactive marketing message I received from a provider I’d seen a few times and hadn’t reengaged- went something like:
“I’m with a guy for a week - a whole week! That’s how much I’m in demand! But he falls asleep after we play for a good few hours … so if you want a phone or video session I’d be up for that …”

@marylander1940, several years ago I looked into doing independent consulting. The former HR director at my former employer (we were laid off after the company was acquired by a competitor) had been a contractor and we had lunch to discuss pros and cons, dos and don'ts, etc. She was a very nice lady and in her very nice lady voice she said to me "Remember, rvwnsd, many people are a**h**es."
