If I were in your shoes I'd bring this up during the initial texts with a provider. I'd simply say "I love providing oral but I have full mouth dentures which I usually prefer to remove when giving oral. Would you be ok with that during our encounter?" You never want to spring anything at all on a provider when he is already there and the session has begun. It just makes the whole session a lot more enjoyable and relaxing knowing you have everything squared away beforehand. And if the provider is not ok with that or would make them uncomfortable best to know beforehand and not remove your dentures or move on to another provider.

Many strange things have happened to me with clients over the years. I once had a guy remove his false leg (above the knee) before he got on the massage table. He’d said nothing about it during booking or pre massage chat. Me : ‘Any injuries or things I should be aware of?’ Him: thinks for a second ‘No’.  … Then he undresses and removes the leg and puts it with his clothes on the chair and lays on the table as instructed. Not sure how many would take my position on this, but practice with a dildo with your false teeth to increase your ability to open your mouth wider with patience and time. Taking teeth out before performing oral (or having none for starters) is a story a provider would share for the ages. As good as that may feel, my concentration if I was a provider would be on your teeth you just took out from your face rather than the oral pleasure you're giving.

Having non-real teeth is NOT something most other people would largely notice. Sure, the other wearers of them may know, but don't let substitute teeth get in the way of your fun. I can say that this has never happened to me. It would 100% shock me if someone pulled their teeth out before sucking me off. 

However, if they advised me of it beforehand, I would have no problem with it at all.

I, too, may be in the minority but I think that teeth have ruined many a blowjob. If your oral hygiene is now good, I think that what you have to offer would be appealing to many of us. If I were you, I would approach initial encounters with providers without intending to offer oral until I had established a comfort level with them. If you then feel comfortable, explain your situation and see how they respond.
