I agree about the possibility of being just inexperience, but as others have posted, there is a market for what he offers. I'm not sure it's not a well though of strategy. Could be a mix of things.

Like with the case of many other things I've read in profiles, mostly inconsistencies, I just let it be and move on if what I read is not my thing. Personally I don't see the need to single him out.

Prettycollegeguy is exactly what he says he is. He is a nice, very attractive guy. He is also unbelievably polite. His body is amazing. His services are as limited as they are described, but his is not demeaning or rude in any way. Interestingly, I told him with that body and no face, people probably think he is a fake. I get the feeling that his "higher end" is for Chicago in general, not just limited service.  I'm willing to bet it's 350-400/hour.
