Best thing for you to do is just keep providing good service and ask for reviews. Fake stuff always comes out in the wash. Good service always shines through the bs. But yeah, the PNP label doesn’t exactly support your case, neither does the moral outrage. Ask the poster to remove it. If he declines, say thank you for considering it, and move on.
