Fair enough. If it helps, I did confirm directly with the provider that he uses he/him pronouns (he will also accept they/them, but never she/her as implied in multiple places in his profile, starting with referring to himself as a ‘guy’ in the first sentence, but also in his interview questions). I also booked him as I was already planning a trip to Canada. Will let you know how it goes! Hope that helps resolve any confusion or misgendering! (Sorry I couldn’t help more with the willful ignorance) I love his tats too. Not easy to make that much ink look so thoughtfully designed!

You clearly need education, but don’t want it. The fact this guy put FTM in his profile name is a clear request for acknowledgment and respect of his male identity. Not sure your fetishized sexual encounters was the best reference for your vast knowledge base of gender identity, but it does help to clarify that this was intentional transphobic behavior that really should be addressed.

@pubic_assistance Actually, no. FTM means assigned Female at birth Transitioned to Male (or Female To Male) Generally meaning, now using masculine pronouns (i.e. he/him). While some transmasc people use they/he or they/them, rarely would someone identifying as FTM use she/her pronouns, and most would find it offensive. It is possible, but pretty unlikely unless this person specifically shared they still use or don’t mind feminine pronouns. A quick google search would probably help you, if you need some additional education. Ah, hell, I’ll even do it for you in case that’s too much effort for you to exert for trans people. If you did it on purpose because you don’t believe trans people exist or deserve to have their gender identity respected, then that’s just gross behavior.
  7. He does have a reputation for being flakey.
  8. “Looking for long term relationship…” don’t see that too often on RM. 1500 is an overnight price in my mind, but know your value I guess. I do find his profile a bit off putting—the tats are friggin hilarious though! I really hope they’re real.
  9. I had a good experience with him. Good communication, higher on rates than I thought he merited, and I think he is shavin some years, but he has a great twink body, looks mostly like his pics, and accommodated everything I wanted to do. Hired about a year ago so not sure if things have changed since then.

@pubic_assistance the first sentence is kinda cringy, not sure if that was intentional (hopefully not). Unless you know something about this person’s pronouns/identity that wasn’t listed in his profile, generally FTM implies he/him pronouns and he’s a dude with a vag (not a ‘she who is a male presenting person’) But God, his body makes me wanna get on testosterone!! I’d totally hire and would love to hear any reviews.

Doesn’t this usually work the other way around? Like “massage therapists” get slowly into providing escort services?
  12. He’s advertising in NYC currently. Anyone actually meet him or does he continue to be OF only?

Actually RM is very good at verifying age and legal identity documents. They don’t require you post your accurate age, but they make damn sure providers are legal. They’re not stupid. (I also require an ID check when I meet with providers, although I let them cover their legal name and address, unless I’m flying them in, then they have to send me their id before I buy a plane ticket)

    Now I hate him
  15. Yes, I think that’s the way to go. 250 is a good starting price, and certainly not unheard of for newbies (unless you got something rare to warrant another 50-100 bucks). Fill up your schedule, find your regulars, then increase your price accordingly. Charge extra for really specific kinks, sure. But if you’re charging over 500, you better be a porn star in high demand. Even then, don’t charge ridiculous prices like 1000/hr—-that’s just douchey. Just turn down any clients that you know aren’t going to tip you to stay on your schedule—and do it POLITELY. And for God’s sake, work hard for your clients, no matter what you charge them! Just my humble opinion developed from years of hiring now.
