*Does ANYONE look like their pics ?

Finding personally that more and more escorts do not look exactly like their pics - whether it’s a date thing or photoshopping I’m not sure 

I tend to meet guys in other places tbh vs Rentmen so not a huge deal but I must say that the quality of the representation on Rentmen is lacking

Except for a very few, every guy I met either as a provider or masseur looked like their pics (if they had a face pic or sent me one in advance).

Of the ones (that i recall) who didn't look like their pics: two used someone else's pics and one no longer looked like his pics... body wise. He hid is face in his ad, but his pictures were easily traceable. He wasn't that attractive (to me) but his body was incredible. Well he completely let himself go. He was nice guy, so I went through with the meetup. It wasn't a bad encounter but i wouldn't hire him again.

Of the two who used someone else's pics for their ad, one was a complete unknown and the other was the porn actor Jason Crystal. I'm not sure why he wanted to hide his identity. I didn't ask.

I actually had the opposite experience. The last few new providers all look like their pictures in RM. One reason could be that they have links to their social media in their ads.

Similar to NJF, i actually have had the opposite experience. Everyone I've hired so far has had accurate pics.

They usually look like their pictures, sometimes older or getting soft. A couple have been outright frauds, but I've had more happy surprises than disappointments. In bed, a friendly smile and hard cock are always more fun than a picture. 

Here in LA, it's not unheard of for an aspiring actor or part-time model to dip his toes in. In 25 years I've hired three of those dazzling wet dreams, all had sent me someone else's pics. I was giddy with lust.

I don't count abs or inches, and I have a good time.

I do. Ask many here who have hired me.

With a few notable exceptions, most of the guys I contact to arrange for group scenes look like their ad photos.

The bad ones post obviously outdated photos, sometimes by even decades, but I can generally tell and so steer my clients away from them.

Same goes for the rogue provider now and then with overdone photoshopped pics. My trouble is not spotting the issue, but rather convincing the client to stop thinking with his dick lusting after a fantasy image and rather trust my judgment to veto his selection. I’m really just looking out for the client by helping him avoid the bad hires.

If you spend any time in Instagram, you'll discover that MOST young people spend a great deal of time "tuning' their photos. Its become so easy and fast that as a business format, providers are surely going to want to polish up their look on their Escort advertisement. As was also noted by @la_connor many of the guys post photos of themselves in peak condition, but are now older and mushy.

I haven’t really run into this. We’ve had one or two over 6 years of hiring that were slightly off, but nothing dramatic. I did once have a guy who was using someone else’s photos but he was also hot so it turned out okay.

If someone showed up looking like someone else, I wouldn't trust them enough to invite them to bed, as they've already proven themselves to be a liar. Hot or not.

From my experience, I’ve encountered everything from providers who look exactly like their photos to those using someone else’s pictures entirely. That said, in most cases, they look more or less as advertised. Naturally, a provider will select their most flattering shots, and with the abundance of filters and photo editing tools available today, it’s easier than ever to enhance images. Some providers keep their photos updated, while others leave the same ones up for years. As I’ve mentioned before, I simply assume that every provider is a bit older, shorter, and heavier than their ad suggests, and that the photos are slightly older and retouched. Approaching it with this mindset helps avoid a lot of disappointment.

When people post providers I find attractive, I say do. When they post providers I do not find attractive, 95% of the time, I keep it to myself.

The only picture that I can discern as being questionable is the one in the orange speedo where it appears his head is on someone else's body.  The others are impressive and perhaps a bit too much so.  Only way to know for sure it take the plunge.  Meet him at a public space and see if you are buying a bull or a pig in a poke.

I have met him before, in 2021.  I am questioning 3,4,5,6, 8 because the arms and abs appear to be photoshopped, reminding me of the movie 300. Spartans.  The main reason I now suspect is because he advertised around 2021 and he had photos 4 and 6, and I actually saved photo 4, but when I look at the prior photo, his abs and arms were not as defined (they were nice) and he had nipple rings.  The photo seems basically the same including the pose and the phone... despite that I would meet him again as he is my type.

Well...escorts ARE sexual commodities who DO charge according to how ripped their abs are and how "symmetrical" they appear. SO that said - ACCURATE photos are very IMPORTANT so I can know that these abs I am paying for actually show up at my hotel room. 

Its all very grand to talk about how "cruel" it is to "reduce" people to their appearances..but I don't feel that every provider who was gifted with good looks feels betrayed as a human because he's being objectified. So when shopping online whether its Amazon or Rent.men I think eveyone likes an accurate photo so they know what they're getting. Not everyone is sooooo wide in their tastes that they will fuck anything that walks in the door.

PHOTOS should be accurate and updated bi-annualy when you're selling your looks.
