  1. Some financial analysts are comparing the current stock market environment to the late 99s/early 2000s Internet bubble. It's kind of interesting because I believe that during that period, another LGBTQ company, PlanetOut, went public and bought up some businesses, including one of the original all gay cruise companies, RSVP Vacations. PlanetOut rode the Internet bubble and crash --- to bankruptcy, and RSVP sank with it. RSVP eventually was bought by Atlantis Vacations and never recovered. It seems like we are seeing a rhyme with Pride Holdings. Cheap stocks can get cheaper and can go to zero. I guess many of you don't remember the penny stocks...

I recognized two providers that are on this wresting site, Wrestlers | MuscleBoy Wrestling that may accommodate your interests/wishes: Derek Bolt: DerekBoltXXX - Male Escort, Gay massage - Washington | Rent.Men MonstaMike: MonstahMikeMscl - Male Escort, Gay massage - Ft. Lauderdale | Rent.Men This provider appears on another wrestling site: One thing to do is go to the fighting/wresting webCAST – Wrestlingmalesites MarcoNapoli: MarcoNapoli - Male Escort, Gay massage - New York City | Rent.Men
  3. I am a little intrigued by what this means or the intent for providers who chose this for their sexual orientation? What could it possibly mean? Are providers required to answer this question, and they choose this because they don't want to answer?
  4. Seems to go to be true...Where does it say where he is based...I would not pay in advance and since he cites 9 so-called positive reviews, why does he need payment in advance?

Congrats on competing in BB contests and looking awesome. I am surprised that you compete in the BB category rather than the physique or classic physique. While I have never met up with you (as of yet), I surmise you look huge, awesome, and very hot in person, but guys competing in the BB category these days can be over 250 and up to 300 or more if they are tall as you. I noticed that IFBB has an under 212 category for some contests but even those guys look huge and the competition seems tough. Famous past BBs like the great Frank Zane would not stand a chance competing today in the BB category... But I do love my muscle worship, especially from a gay guy that will reciprocate kissing and erotic play authentically, so thanks for being a provider and hopefully your business is booming. Now if I can only get to Baltimore ...
  6. I just found this from a website - “I left the business in 2013 after my boss in Southwest Florida told me that research had shown ‘people here just don’t like you,’” the former news anchor said. A Former Fox And CBS Anchor Changes Career Path For Highly Unusual Job - PopCulture.com So it is likely he was outed in FL.
  7. Might also need the money. Seems to be a big spender. Wonder if this means he will retire from his porn side. It will be interested to determine if NBC Palm Springs knows of his porn side. I believe that he said he was outed when he was a TV broadcaster in Dallas and had to leave. But this station is in Cal, so it may not matter what he did or may continue to do on the side. I certainly think he is hot, but I love muscle daddies.
  8. I agree with your concern. I once met a provider in a cheap hotel and there were bugs crawling on the wall. Also, hotel guests were hanging out in the public area, and this was a night.
  9. Here's another one. I actually like him but the provider name for one ad is bit absurd as he is obviously not the famous football person ... TBrady - Male Escort, Gay massage - New York City | Rent.Men JockFeet - Male Escort, Gay massage - New York City | Rent.Men
  10. Unfortunately, the market has gone haywire over all things AI, so SpaceX will probably end up in the S&P sooner than later. The indexes are super-concentrated with Tech and the average PE ratio of the US market is near all time highs. Equal weighted indexes seem interesting, but maybe value funds may be a good bet for the patient as they have lagged tech dominated tech like forever. And maybe an actively managed fund that has a long history of good performance with moderate fees for a portion of the portfolio. And some foreign funds, which have started to out-perform the US a bit that still badly lag over a 5 or 10 year period. But I now see that foreign markets is now caught up in the AI mania, with Tiawan and South Korea having huge gains because they are dominated by chip stocks. So any US tech correction will wallop foreign, at least for a while, as what has happened on 6/5/26.
  11. As distressing as the college costs and doubts of return are today, I don't think it would a good decision to turn down a competitive college attendance. I mainly say that because it seems like the most highly successful and richest people seemed to have met other people who shares ideas and/or became business associates to starting companies that made them very successful and rich. And this good fortune happened even if they did not finish college, like Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg. So probably networking has even bigger (huge) value especially since the cost of college is so high (and I think borders on exorbitant). And getting the degree may not be the main benefit if you can go into business from ideas and friends you meet. You can always go back later, or you may even be able to get an honorary degree later if you company (ies) become successful.
  12. Actually I think it is more than just inflation - there are reports that the economy is bifurcated, with many people during very well - stocks and housing near records - and also many people struggling. As providers grapple with inflation, they may sense that they can charge more because there is a willing audience, especially in cities like NYC, Miami and SF, where this obvious wealth being generated and there's always news about some billionaire buying a multi-million mansion or making millions/billions from their business. So FEAR of MISSING OUT - they might as well try to make as much as they can for their niche as there is someone willing and able to pay. But I have barrier of paying over $300/hr even though I would pay $250 decades ago when I was much, much poorer. But I wonder if for me, that is because the THRILL IS GONE.
  13. Johnsons has always had more Latin dancers than any other ethnic/racial group - and usually if they have a new white dancer, they are visiting from another city, like Montreal or sometimes another US city like Atlanta or Tampa. The question is whether they are the same dancers that they have had for years. I guess I will have to go and see (haven't been since the end of March)... I've never been to LeBoy...
  14. I recall seeing another provider with 2 ads a few months ago and was going to comment on it. I don't know RM policy for billing, but since this provider is new, one guess is that either RM has a grace period of no charges, he had not been billed for the ads, and maybe he is trying out different ads with different messages to see which one gets the most clients. However, I do notice that the stats differ for each ad, particularly age and weight, which is concerning. He even has different information for zodiac sign! But he has gotten one client who posted a review in less than a month, which is impressive, assuming it is an authentic post.
  15. There was also Marc A (was he StrongPower) in CT who competed in BB contests in the early 2000s. I was all excited to try to meet up with him until I read some his blog posts and realized he was quite right-wing and could be derogatory to part of the LGBTQ community. Plus he did not seem to be aging well...
  16. Yes, I know that seeing in person is unmatched, but if you haven't seen any of his videos, he's one here: Gay bodybuilder Derek Bolt interracial sex - MyMusclevideo.com
  17. Whether you are billionaire, millionaire, or not, I would think you should be most interested in what you want and find attractive. And that could mean different things to different people. But it makes sense in the old days and probably today, that word of mouth from other rich folks seeking is the best avenue. I would be 99.99% sure that if you loved muscle in the 1970s, you would have had to meet up the elite bodybuilders through connections not any published service - any you should know the most famous one who was rumored to have clients when he was just starting out.
  18. I would presume the new owner would have to either honor the existing lease or 'buy' the leases out with both parties mutual agreement. If the strip is in such a sorry state, Stock may be able to move to another vacant location on the strip or perhaps in the vicinity of the gayborhood and probably get a very favorable new lease.
  19. And a different type of party will be at hosted by the Ftour at 6525 North Clark StreetChicago, IL, 60626. I've never been to one although they host 2-4 times a year in FTL, where I now live. I guess it is more a play party and will have to go one of these days. F Tour: Chicago — The F Tour
  20. It has an IG social media site so I would guess it is still open. Would be shocked if it has closed, but I have never been.
  21. What are considering when you say "quality"? If you are looking for certified, Rent Masseur does list who is certified (can we presume this is validated in some way even if it is self-reported). Massuer finder does list their training school if they are certified, they actually list their training school. It's interesting when a masseur lists on both, as they can sometimes give different messages and it's usually the MF will indicate mostly strictly licensed massages, but the RM may include an option for sensual (or even more), as if it's a little more 'naughty' (and I suspect RentMen listing would be even more naughty). For example, here's a guy that I used a few years ago from MF that I thought was strictly therapeutic, who I just noticed appears to have recently added (or relisted) a RM profile that now has other options: West Hollywood Gay Massage - Male Masseurs for Men in CA - Masseurfinder Digdeep - Male Masseur, Gay massage in West Hollywood, CA | RentMasseur
  22. Wilton Manors has lots of red tape (approval and permitting process are very slow for many new projects and I live here) but I surmise that the bar is doing very well. In fact, it may be doing better than Tampa. I bet an Orlando bar would do well if Orlando had a stronger cohesive LGBT commercial hub - I thought they were trying to make Blossom Trail and Downtown but that may have faltered. Tampa has a sort of LGBT friendly commercial hub in Ybor, which may have made it more attractive than Orlando. So pro-business may matter less - I don't see a ton of strip clubs in pro-business Dallas more so than red-tape NYC. In fact, I read a few days ago that a club in Dallas was raided because it was hosting a sex play party.
  23. Actually, I am surprised that Johnsons had not considered Orlando for a location over Tampa. Orlando gets many more visitors than Tampa and is only about 500K fewer in population per metro, and there is probably even less competition in the gay entertainment scene (my guess). Orlando may be even more progressive than the Tampa area.
  24. He and his hubby are training and dieting for a BB competition in Miami. He's huge now. And can do light sensual, but he told me that he and his hubby have limits per agreement.
