Time to learn and move on from this bad experience. I'm sure some of us on this site have hired providers that were so disappointing that we fell we wasted our money. A no show that you paid for is certainly bad, but so is a provider that is disappointing, such as one that really have lied about skills, is in a big rush, becomes rude, etc.
