For Johnsons, it's good to know that you can get your hand stamped as I did not know. I have dinner around 6 pm with a friend in time to arrive at Johnsons before the 8 pm cover, and sometimes we are rushing to avoid the cover charge (like if we have leftovers and want to bring them home or put them in the car). Concerning dancers at Johnsons, you have very slim pickings if you are avoiding the Latin guys as it seems to be at least 3 out of 4 guys. And even many of the non-Latin guys are heterosexual.
