Going back to the original post statement - "the vast majority of providers are sporting beards". I'm not sure this is true or I have not really tried to compile the stats. I'm really not sure what the post is really getting at - if you don't like a provider that has facial hair, move on. But I know you can't really screen for that in new Rentmen, which is probably frustrating for you. But heck the new Rentmen seems to now cut down on screning options to the old European Rentmen. I like the old one, with European site for searchability, but the new one does show me bigger pictures, and I can also see the videos even though I am not a paying customer.

That sounds to be a very good way to do it. I know some guys will tell you about they build status - if they are a BB, they will tell you if they are currently in top shape or not - and I think it is prudent to ask if they are currently clean shaven if that is your preference. As I prefer facial hair, I usually ask if they are sporting facial hair if I am interested. And since I prefer BBs in shape, I will ask about that if I see a bunch of pictures of varying build status. It can be so disappointing to expect a guy to look one way, and they show up differently when you meet them.

You should be able to ask the provider of your interest to inform you for booking when he is clean shaven. It's certainly a better outcome than say if you are not fond of tattoos (as I am not), which a lot of providers also have now, as beards can be fairly easily removed while tattoos cannot.

But it's also interesting that many, if not most of dancers from the Johnsons Wilton Manors are from foreign countries (Argentina, Spain, Canada, Dominican Republic) and may not even have in the US legally, and many (and possibly most) are straight. I doubt 'our' community is at fault for 'wokeness'. If I am reading this correctly, he sold the business, and I am sure he made a profit on it or he would not have sold it. So if he is unhappy with what the businesses are becoming, he can try to buy it back. I would suspect that the Tampa business may be having issues perhaps because of location and the community that is more spread-out. If the WM location is having issues, it's probably because the rents on Wilton Drive are quite high; quite a few businesses have closed or were pushed out because of the rent. Chicago is another issue, but I believe Lucky Horseshoe is doing okay and I doubt a fat nonbinary dancer could have bullied him out of the expansion if he really saw the opportunity. He should have known Chicago is a tough town.

For Johnsons, it's good to know that you can get your hand stamped as I did not know. I have dinner around 6 pm with a friend in time to arrive at Johnsons before the 8 pm cover, and sometimes we are rushing to avoid the cover charge (like if we have leftovers and want to bring them home or put them in the car). Concerning dancers at Johnsons, you have very slim pickings if you are avoiding the Latin guys as it seems to be at least 3 out of 4 guys. And even many of the non-Latin guys are heterosexual. It's telling that some of those dancers are NOT even overly aggressive in getting privates; it could be a personality issue (they are bit shy) but I wonder if it is also because they are less comfortable because they are hetero. There is a very hunky non-Latin dancer that goes to the corner after each stage dance, and I don't think he has ever taken any back for a private (and he appears to be such a nice guy). But I do prefer the less aggressive types.... For LeBoy, I meant athletic as you mentioned - swimmers/gymnastic build. I think that is the common thought or perception, as opposed to the muscular or bodybuilding types that are mostly at Johnsons. I guess one possible advantage for you if LeBoy/Boardwalk charges for the private room every time would be to choose your favorite dance for multiple dances that could hopefully get intense, rather than having many dancers, some of which may be disappointing, and perhaps spending more money and being less satisfied with the one private room cover charge.
