Is there anyone in the Ft Lauderdale area who can determine if Johnsons is still open and operating? I was planning a visit this weekend.

Saw an extremely handsome man, about age 35, tall dark and handsome, wearing shorts, hairy legs yesterday in the grocery store. Very straight, no doubt. I immediately thought of how much money he could make if he wanted to in the service business.

Has anyone been to Commando night held each Wednesday night? I’m trying to figure out what to wear. I know commando means no underwear. But, then what can one wear to be sexy?

Quite interesting and concerning for those of us who enjoy Johnsons. It seems likely that Pride Holdings could be filing for bankruptcy protection soon. That might make Johnsons assets (including its lease) available to be purchased for a song.

I have conducted a bit of research. The property on which Johnsons operates (as a tenant) is owned by Wilton Manors Holdings, LLC, whose managing member is Tristan Schukraft. He is well known entrepreneur in the LGBTQ hospitality and heathcare sectors and is the founder of Tryst Hotels. He also operates some well known LGBTQ venues. Schukraft's company has proposed a mixed redevelopment of the Johnsons' tract (together with the Art Frenzie and Wilton Executive Suites tracts) to include a new Tryst Hotel, but no formal development plans have yet been submitted to the City of Wilton Manors.

Bozo, the CEO of Pride Holdings left last week. The stock price is as low as ever. That cocktail weiner may be all you get🤔. Someone said Pride had sold Johnsons. As a shareholder, you could ask management.
