All good advice; sometimes the least worst thing that can happen is I'm out some money and I live and learn. I try to post fair reviews to spare folks heartache. Worst case scenario is you run into a bad dude, someone who gets off on hurting you and your safety is at risk. -

there's no way of course because they're all anonymous but I'm trying to weigh a several positive reviews on Rent Masseur's site vs. one or two negative/less than stellar on this site. Both could be fake or have an agenda -

I'm mulling over trying out two new masseurs. While one of them has good reviews (and the others none at all), I've read comments that are telling me to think with my big head, not my little one. I can easily lie to myself and ignore the signs to stay away from them, or try them out and live and learn, or try them out and be happily surprised. Has anyone ever tried someone they "shouldn't" have and been happily surprised?

it's difficult to find someone who can fake intimacy for an hour; I'm not talking sex per se just an encounter where you can forget about the world for 60 minutes and feels safe and feel like the whole world doesn't suck.

you make an excellent point; a provider canceled on me one time saying he wasn't feeling 100% and he wanted to make sure I had a good time. I thanked him profusely for rescheduling even though I wanted to see him.

oh bummer. I penciled him in as a birthday treat for myself. the reviews on this stud are glowing. MakeMeCowboy, do you think he could have just been having an off night? Tho the upcharges thing during the massage (is that what happened?) is a major turnoff.
