$40k a year boarding school followed by an Ivy League college. Per usual, the most radical anti-capitalists are self absorbed rich kids.  A complete a-hole.

He could have had a wonderful life, handsome, in great shape, smart, unfortunately because some stupid idealism he ruined his life all by himself!

To all of his supporters...your boy is just going to love the rest of his existence in prison.  Luigi Mangione is clearly a sociopath of the first order, and from his pictures — fitness model stuff — he looks like a raving narcissist.

Supporters = online schadenfreude.

I never imagine people n this forum would be apparently justifying someone else's death.

In fact our guidelines have a specific rule about this:

4.     Hateful speech is not allowed. Members are not permitted to use hate speech, call names, or label people/groups of people. Wishing death upon and/or celebrating the death of individuals or groups is considered a form of hate speech.

It'll be awhile before the whole story comes out.

Initial impression= a bratty SJW warrior who wanted to make a name for himself.

Later impression= he had back surgery, leaving him with chronic pain, at which point he stopped talking to friends and family.

And his parents got rich running nursing homes.

This is something the jury is going to have to figure out. Sounds complicated.

The sad part about this case is that this dude would have never gotten caught if he didn’t take off that mask to flirt with some random woman.

It’s the smallest things that will sink a man.

The sad part about this case is that this young man felt the need to shoot and kill a man in broad daylight, not to mention the failures of our healthcare system.

Mickey Rourke in Body Heat, “you got fifty ways you're gonna fuck up. If you think of twenty-five of them, then you're a genius - and you ain't no genius.”

Actually, this guy was a genius, or pretty damn close.  He finished both his bachelors and masters in computer science at the University of Pennsylvania in just four years.  So long on book smarts, terribly short on common sense.
