  1. AG1 is basically is a supplement with a ton of stuff in it - vitamins, probiotics - looks like 'powered green juice', mix with water, drink. I don't love the taste but tolerable. LMNT is basically like Gatorade on steroids. Body burns electrolytes overnight, LMNT is a replacement supplement. Check with your doc because its a TON of salt. AG1 is a daily Foundational Nutrition supplement that supports physical and mental health. It’s a science-driven formulation of vitamins, minerals, good bacteria, and whole food sourced nutrients that support cognition, energy metabolism, and the immune system. LMNT contains 1000 mg sodium, 200 mg potassium, 60 mg magnesium, and zero sugar. This bold yet simple formula is based on the latest scientific literature and evidence gathered from coaching tens of thousands of clients. Google each to find their websites.

  3. Or those trying to revive the Political Forum through posts in other forums?

  6. These threads constantly attacking cities and their problems are ridiculous in their premise. The real question, which is too political and really can't be debated - Why is America in decline? Unemployed, unhoused, many drug addicts, and people with a whole host of problems gravitate towards cities because cities are the only locations with a high level of concentrated services that support their needs - government support, addiction treatment, healthcare, shelters, food banks, numerous churches. I wonder why these people aren't moving to small towns and the suburbs en masse? Because there is little to no help for them there. My mother lives in Brunswick County, NC - a largely rural county in southern NC with large snowbird and vacation home population and one of the lower poverty rates in the state. Low and behold poor people with problems still exist even there and shocker, Republicans run a large portion of county government. Most 'services' are provided through churches. Trust me. If small towns offered everything a big city does in the way of support services, they too would have similar problems and be overwhelmed. So can we please stop with the veiled political discussions about the 'Decline of [[fill in the blank Democrat run city]]' masked as some genuine intellectual discussion about the decline of cities? Its pathetic and this website has been so much better off with the removal of political trolling by a few people desperate to sound relevant.
  7. And of course this isn't a broad overgeneralization about city and urban dwellers versus the rest of America. The suburbs and rural areas are apparently shining examples of how Americans should treat each other. @nate_sf and @mike carey - This thread has turned political. Please lock it down.
  8. Hoping I can leave this post in this forum cause I'm sure people can help! I am using NordVPN. I used Denmark or Germany (I think) to see the text with the review on RM which I find very helpful.... I had to refresh my login on Nord and now I can't see the text reviews anymore. I've logged out, logged back in a number of times/different ways. Still can't see the reviews. Do I need to do something like clear cookies? Or have the internet overlords figured out how to block things even if you're using a VPN? Thanks.

  11. He can split me in two anytime....
  12. Funny... I thought 'politics' was a banned topic. I can show you my credit card statements from the last several years. I refuse to go to Florida for personal travel and many other states as well because of a state's politics. I've never eaten anything from Chick-fil-A or stepped foot in a Hobby Lobby. I can say with confidence, I'm not the only one. Funny how THAT works.....

  14. I really enjoy video games and would love to find some people on here that do too! Random Gaymer Fact - Ironically the first picture below... people in the game - straight or gay - sometimes refer to the outfit below as 'twink gear'.... because it's totally cosmetic..... its just for show.... GAYMERS did that years ago.... called it 'twink gear' and the straights started using it.... We exist....and we like making characters like this.... <grin> He's my Barbarian in Diablo 4..... meant to take a pounding... just like me. And here he is sans kitten outfit

  17. That doesn't really look like a '10'....
  18. Stereotypical, NYC-centric, Instagays using overused gay tropes to be funny. Will I watch it, probably. Will I laugh, probably. Will I be yet again be disappointed that our ability to tell a meaningful story about the lives of our community be once again limited to NYC, Los Angeles, and San Francisco where all the guys are muscular, hairless, perfect, having group sex and fabulous brunches the next day.... absolutely. I'm more curious about Firebird. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Firebird_(2021_film)#:~:text=Set in the Soviet Air,private and a fighter pilot.&text=Firebird had its world premiere,Festival on 17 March 2021.
  19. I went to my local coffee shop today and noticed a sign on the door saying they would be closing early. I immediately assumed, like many businesses in the area, they were short staffed once again and didn't have enough staff to cover the hours. When I went into the shop, there was a table filled with flowers and a sign talking about the store closing for a memorial for one of the workers. When I got home, I started googling the name of the coffee shop and discovered the obituary. I was in shock and sad - It was a guy from the store I used to flirt with and he kindly reciprocated. He was 20 years younger than me and I felt flattered. I knew he was gay from t-shirts he wore and occasionally ease dropping on his conversations. I find myself now wondering how he died. The obituary states in lieu of flowers, please donate to a suicide prevention charity. I don't want to read into that, but I find myself wanting to know if he committed suicide. Why do I want to know? I just assumed I was too old and too fat for this guy to like me, but maybe he did. I have visited that coffee shop for over a year. I wish I would have asked him out.... I have struggled, overcome, and still struggle with depression, but I know how to cope. I just wish I could have helped him if he was in that dark place. Sorry.... just processing on the forum.
  20. And one must understand where the interests of sociopaths lie.... Listen to the doctors and not the sociopaths. It's really that easy. Its amazing how they all talk - 'I have a friend who has a dog walker who knows a janitor that works in the hospital....' Sounds like some political sociopaths I know. Just stop. Vaccines have protected the world for decades. Yes, some people have adverse reactions... that doesn't negate the infinite lives protected because societies embraced vaccines. Because of the sociopaths, polio could make a comeback! Shocking how what I assumed were educated people, act like they aren't when it comes to vaccines. The anti-vax movement has been gaining momentum, which is evident in a Gallup study that finds that 84% of parents support vaccines. In 2001, 94% of parents supported vaccines for their children. The decline is seen mostly in less-educated groups, and the only group that most consistently vaccinates are those with postgraduate degrees. https://www.verywellfamily.com/how-to-talk-to-friends-who-are-against-vaccines-5093658
  21. Side note - While walking in Center City Philadelphia last week, I noted a storefront on a second floor that I missed - 'Removery' - which is a "franchised tattoo removal clinic". Looks like the product lifecycle has come full circle first with a significant increase in media, TV shows about tattoos, increase in the number of tattoo parlors, and now, a retail operation specializing in tattoo removal.
