A bad experience with a new guy

This was a bad experience for me. Met him at my place in Montreal. Does not look like his pics. Extremely shy, at least with me. Spent 30 minutes with him and then I asked him to leave.

I agree. I stay away from straight providers. They just can’t seem to get into the Mano-a-mano action. They just can’t.

IMO one should only contemplate to hire a hot str8 guy if he himself is an above average looking guy.

You can learn a lot about yourself from an occasional bad experience. Memories are what you get when you don’t get what you want. I find that it’s sometimes easier to figure out what you don’t want rather than what you really want.

Biggest red flag is that his pics are obviously YEARS old. They have that 2010s hazy Instagram look to them.

In the future, look for crisp photos -- especially look for selfies that feature an iPhone with three cameras on it.

Same; his phone looks like he was taking on a 2007 cell phone with 10mB storage space. Also his toe nails needs some work. And I’m sorry but if I spend time with him I’d make sure I’m on prep.

I agree, lots of red flags. Also, you could have been his first ever client. I remember I was very nervous when I saw my first client. I was lucky to get someone who I think knew I was inexperienced at the work and so he was patient with me. 

Also, if he didn’t look like his pics then he’s probably put up pics of someone else. Most of the pics visible could be anyone, and there’s only one private pic. I suspect the guy you saw is someone pretending to be a porn star escort and he’s used at least 1 pic of someone else. No wonder he was nervous!

Don't even think of it as a mistake, @bcbg1205.  You tried someone you thought you would like, but it didn't work out.  It's not any different from trying a new restaurant or staying at a hotel you've never stayed at before.  You heard good things or you just liked the look and you gave it a try, but it didn't meet your expectations.  That's not a mistake.  That's life.  Nothing to do but move on and try someplace or someone else next time.

It's the "re-mistakes" that I blame myself for.  The internal monologue "well, he didn't look like his pics but he was still good looking," "he wasn't very interactive but maybe . . . ", etc, etc, etc, convinces me to try again only to have an even worse time of it.  That's when I turn my disappointment inward because I should have known better.
