I've seen him several times and he's great - looks just like his pics, serious but friendly, accomodating, great top (never tried to top him), excellent communicator, reliable.

A suggestion - if you can't get feedback from the forum, ask a potential hire if you can have a short facetime chat first. I always do that and can usually tell if I want to meet up after that.
