I also started hiring in my 30s (for my fetishes and fantasies). The ages of providers and regulars I see has been going up for just the reasons you said (more respectful/experienced/mature/etc.). They also have enough experience to realize that good manners can lead to repeat hires, which younger ones don't always seem to care about.
