In a group, do you wipe yourself off before topping someone else or do you double/triple/etc dip?  Or clean off before someone else  blows you after you have been inside someone else?  Only taken part in 3sm where a bottom was shared.  Am I being too hygienic and this will be a mood killer?

I’m amazed at the number of guys who pull me out and then start sucking.

When I was an inexperienced bottom, I would cringe at the thought of sucking someone's dick that freshly came out of my ass.  But now that I'm an experienced genuine slut, I find it hypocritical to refuse to suck a dick that was just in my ass if the guy first went to town eating my ass as foreplay!

I’ve been in large group sex sessions, it just doesn’t happen because people just go from one hole to another.

In a 3-or-more-some, I'm so mentally wrapped up in the experience that I don't have time to inspect every dick every time before it's shoved in my hole.

I’m more careful with sucking in those situations though.

#MeToo.  A gang-bang is less intimate than a 1-on-1 session that begins with rimming.  Therefore, I'm inclined not to suck on a dick that's already been in an ass that session, whether someone else's or mine.  Even us sluts have standards.

i eat ass and double dip and more but now that I use Doxy Prep AND per my doctor use a mouth rinse and gargle with a peroxide based solution between asses (unless they are side by side 🤷🏻‍♂️)....hardly perfect...AND do all this on a limited basis...have never had a medical issue...it's not a perfect world but i've made it this far...abstinence is not for me but cautious debauchery works...talk to your doctor...and I know a few infamous cumpdumps who take hundreds of loads a year and go down on thousands of cocks...anecdotally they tell me they are surprisingly clean on infections so..AND describe the group? A group of trusted fuckbuds (in my case mostly) or a room full of drugged and drunk strangers at a holiday destination..which can be hot...risk management I guess is what you are asking about? zero risk is zero sex unless you use a condom and sorry but, for oral sex, rather be abstinent...and so..long winded

Aren’t we mixing two different questions — personal comfort/turn-ons and hygiene risk?

You may feel it’s hypocritical in your own sexual context, and that’s fair as a personal preference. But the OP’s question was really about hygiene and whether cleaning off between partners is reasonable. Those are different issues.

Eating ass, moving from ass to mouth, and moving between partners all carry different risk profiles. People can decide what level of risk they’re comfortable with, but I don’t think wanting to reduce exposure makes someone “too hygienic” or a mood killer.

Even if I'm the bottom in a threesome, I keep wet wipes at hand so dicks can easily be wiped off between asses or going from ass to mouth. It's not remotely a mood killer. I've been to a few sex parties, and it's very common to see guys just kneel in front of someone and start sucking their dick. After I watched many of them top other guys, there was no chance I was going to just blow them.  I did notice some guys going and washing themselves between partners but it didn't seem consistent. I work in infectious disease and have no desire to end up deathly ill from a GI STI.

Yes,The Lodge does a great job...AND folks I live in NYC and every day I take risks...for me there are rewards to that risk taking...so I think of sexual risk in the context of broader risk taking. personal and informed judgement matters. and also not interested in puritanical thought because it is 2026 and there is information out there and there are doctors who can advice and help you out and gay medical clinics and so on...don't rely on this forum alone...my doctor is gay, my urologist is gay, my allergist is gay and I am open to them about everything

“Cautious Debauchery” - I’m far too vanilla for this discussion but that’s a fascinating concept for me.

I use Doxy. My doctor reminds me it protects against bacterial diseases not other stds.  She's jabbed me with all the sexually related vaxs.  I'm all for it.

Only 2 of 5 of the group are known to me.  Everyone is vers depending on their mood and connection to others in the moment.

Yes, like a things, it helps but there's no 100% protection other than 100% abstinence.  Even the monks aren't great at that.

I agree…and for the record, I never suggested abstinence.

I’m simply noting that Doxy is NOT effective against the bacteria causing Gonorrhea.

A fact that I’m surprised many are unaware of in planning their testing frequency

I wasn't suggesting otherwise.😆

There is a growing problem with drug resistance the more antibiotics are used. We should take just as much care with our testing as the guys do.

Yup. I work in this area and treatment resistant strains of gonarhea are on the rise. Another guy I know got a treatment resistant UTI (sexually transmitted). And no one is developing new antibiotics because there’s no money in it.

That’s not to harsh people’s buzz but staying up to date on testing is important.

Prep has given people the freedom from the prior fear of a life sentence.  Few people bother to get the hep vax shoots which helps prevent one of the most common STD out there.

The FDA recently approved two new oral treatments for gonorrhea: Nuzolvence (zoliflodacin) and Blujepa (gepotidacin).  I think they specifically address the resistant strains.

Be good to see these come online to the market and see how effective they are.  Senior centers have experienced a huge spike in STDs.  Just because they're more season doesn't mean the urge goes away.  The awareness to be safe though apparently does fade.

Yes, there has been targeted development but the overall pipeline is extremely small and a lot of it is backed by government funding. Yes, there has been targeted development, but the overall pipeline is extremely small, and a lot of it is backed by government funding.

Two new antibiotics to treat resistant gonorrhea is a good thing.  Nuzolvence was developed by a public-private partnership, which is also a good thing.  Blujepa was developed initially as a UTI drug by GSK (formerly GlaxoSmithKline), which is about as big pharma as you can get.

Wet Wipes and Doxy don't do shit against C. diff and trust me you do not want that one. Cedars quarantined me for three nights, and I don't have immune issues.  Body to body contact is a risky game, biology can be cunty.
