I'm 39. I prefer seeing twink escorts since I hate body hair and like girly/fem men. I also dislike muscles and prefer leaner frames. Whilst escorting is about paid work and far less choice than going on Grindr or Feeld, does it freak twink escorts out if they get guys nearly double their age? It's just what I like, and what I'm attracted to. To my thinking, it’s fine when a twink graduates to becoming more of a lean athletic type.  I similarly like the smoother bodies and not a lot of muscles, but I am fine with them aging into nice hard bodies.

It's not old, no. but then not sure many guys in their early 20s normally look for guys nearly double their age in their normal sex lives. saying it's "common" is probably only true in very hyper-liberal spaces, and it's like cis people. Few cis guys or girls in their early 20s date men/women nearly 40. Paid sex is different to normal sex, but then i'm genuinely interested if they mind or not.

It depends.  I have better experience with guys who are sober, intelligent, and mature.  I don’t think a “look at me” narcissist who is drawn to the drug/club scene will be happy or drawn to someone much older unless there’s an “arrangement” involved.

What are you talking about? Your preference for twinks does not put you into a marginalized group and no activists, academics or institutions are speaking up about it. Nobody is labeling you because of it.   Is it against social norms and could you draw looks from others because you are hanging out with twinks? Sure. No different from an older person dating a much younger person.  Nothing pc or liberal about it.
