Yes, some clients are very unsubtle about it. Their legs are spread so their feet hang either side of the table, their back arched to present their hole. This can happen in the first 5 minutes 😂. Clients vary in terms of their preferences, but also in their bodies. I second pretty much all that @Jamie21 has to say, plus the following.
