I personally live and let live. That said, both sides of the coin do exist. Opportunistic young men trying to get older men's money are real, and are out there. Manipulators, hagglers and people who love taking advantage of the elderly do exist, and they are real.

So I don't attack either side, those who are legitimately in love with each other in spite of age (or socioeconomic status), and those who are in it for what they can get. We are all living in the same planet.

Jesus. I can't imagine a piece like this selling for almost 300 million!  It's called "Women 3"  He sold it back in 2006. Clearly I don't know art. 

Geffen had 2 houses in LA. One was a house right on the beach in Malibu where he took his porn boys. I was there a few times for dinner and movie nights with friends.  The water comes right up to the back yard. Very cool. Then there was the Beverly Hills location for the important guests.  I didn't go there but I'd heard about the Art. Now I wish I had.

Despite having been an escort in LA for decades, sadly I never ever met him.  Maybe 26, age when I started, was too old for him back then, I don't know.  I know people who have been to both houses and I always wanted to see the Malibu home.  Oh well.  Lucky you.

I know what you mean about the water coming right up to the house.   I was at a sex party late '90s in that same area of Malibu, and that time of year the water came right up to the hot tub.  Also, I spent a very nice Christmas Eve at what at the time was Geffen's Hotel in Malibu, The Malibu Beach Inn, and the water came right up to the hotel Christmas Morning.  So, very cliche, I set my coffee cup on the patio and went for a very cold swim first thing.  I Felt like Christopher Isherwood.
