Yes 💯, when I know I'm going to spend a day with difficult extended family, I will treat myself to an Escort the morning of Thanksgiving and/or Christmas.  Some of my most memorable lays have been on Christmas mornings.  If an escort says he is not available that morning, I move on and find someone who is.

I even had an escort reach out to me the following year to ask I wanted to book again for the morning of that holiday.  So obviously there are some ready and willing to meet on Christmas.

Actually when hired my family knows.  I typically spend the day with family and then take bookings for late afternoon evening of Christmas Day.  Christmas Eve I seem to always get one booking by someone who is alone without family on Christmas Eve.   I've found even before escorting when I danced at a strip club for a few years Christmas Eve and evening of Christmas Day I'd be working.  My family has gotten used to it.

I spend Christmas and Thanksgiving with family and always enjoy it, but lately I like being back at my house by early evening and listening to Bach’s Christmas Oratorio. I find that quite delightful!

If I’m not busy, a booking on NYE can be fun. In 2020, I spent it with the now retired Dancing Twink, who spent the night. The next morning I made breakfast and we enjoyed a bottle of Veuve. Most pleasant!

I think both Clients and providers should do what's best for them individually.   If providers want to prioritize time with family and friends that should be respected, at the same time many clients may be lonely on the holiday and may want the company.

I am on holiday alone, so it's nice to look forward to human touch each day via a massage, before heading to the bars and socializing.

I was in NYC for a three day holiday trip years ago.  I had one provider on Christmas Eve, two on Christmas Day, and one on the 26th.  Why waste the trip, right?

I contacted them almost a month prior.  Everyone said they were okay booking clients on those days. One even said “It’s just another day.”

If you doubt my story, ask AlexSanz, Eric Hassan, Alexx, and Arye.  Eric even gave me a bottle of poppers as a holiday gift. 

If French Olivier did not flake on me, I would have had five.

Christmas alone and hiring working boys, that's sad to me! 

Back to subject, I'm sure many escorts are technically available today and tomorrow, but I hope they'll try to be free to at least have dinner with folks closer to them whether they're relatives or friends. Maybe it's just me but I would feel guilty of texting someone today and ask "are you available 8 to 9?", I would rather hire someone at 6 so he can make $ today and go see his loved ones after.

I think one of the important things for me is hiring under the right circumstances.  I don’t hire because I’m lonely or to cover-up some other problem.  

And I prefer being alone on Holidays when I can - no pressure, no drama, no travel & no fuss.  It’s a luxury. 

I wouldn’t hire on Christmas Eve/Christmas - but more power to those clients & providers that make it happen.

In fact that’s what I’m doing today. I have a session scheduled in a couple of hours. Then tomorrow dinner with family including a cousin who drives me a bit nuts. 
So today will prepare me for the ordeal😉

So I mostly hire sensual massages. I have only a few times hired for deeper purposes. 

 

With that said I have reached out to providers on Holidays and always ask them if they are working or have prior commitments. 

I have had many. Often due to work the Holiday that lands on a Thursday, Friday etc may be my only day off and I want to enjoy. 

However I would be completely understand if a provider wanted to take the day off. I do wish it was easier to know providers schedules. 

In the past I had a few that had a calendar link and blackout dates. That was nice. It made planning so much easier.

It’s very easy to get into a habit of working every day in this business. Normally I’m available every day (not that I actually get booked every day but in theory I’m available every day). In practice it works out that I’ll have clients on 4 out of 7 days on average.

But being always available means you don’t make firm plans to do other things, which can be disruptive to your non work life. I’m lucky, most of my other commitments are flexible so I can often see clients and it’s why I advertise as being available 7 days a week. But, this time of year forces me to block out time when I’m definitely not available. It’s quite nice to be able to focus time on other things like family and friends or just on renewal.
