No, you cannot demand them to pay attention to you, but you can end things and save yourself the stress.

Actually met the first guy several times before for 1on1 and 3s. Sessions always went well. Second guy was recommended by the first guy. Had several 3s with the first guy (just not with this particular second guy) that went well; and so i know well his operation and what to expect in terms of attention. In all those other 3s, i hv never felt like the odd man out. This particular 3s (with this particular guy) is just different. 

Had another 3s with him and other guy (this time random) a week after, to no surprise all went well.

Ah, gotcha.  That's just an unfortunate roll of the dice, compounded with the first guy not being professional enough to keep the second guy in line.

Yeah agree lesson learnt. Me not liking confrontation also plays part in that.

Told the first guy what i felt next morning, he apologises and wish that i had said something then so he can fix the situation. It was awkward conversation. But hey he did well in the 3s that occur week after and i am seeing him again in 2 weeks time for a 3days trip.

Worse still this was at ( was was and perhaps still is) the nicest hotel in Sao Paolo. I'm sure I could have asked the concierge to muster up something at 1am.

 Been there, experienced the same.  I have 3 go to guys who all provide different type sessions, but are all great.  After some recent subpar experiences, I'm sticking with them.

In my early hiring (pre prep and ART) I once spent half a session debating this issue (condoms can make you unable to perform) with a provider. He told me that discussion was worse than a condom to kill his hard-on.
