I really don’t think you’re in a position to assert this. Of course you’re entitled to have an opinion and to share it…but I’ll challenge it. I think you’re making a lot of misguided assumptions about the motivations of escorts and sex workers.
Until you’ve done the job I don’t think you can expect your opinion on the motivations and actions of sex workers to have as much credibility as those who actually do the work. I do the work and I can say that the physical characteristics of the client is irrelevant. That’s the skill of the job;  finding attraction in anyone, and those that work in the business know it.

I asked Mario about this recently.  He said you need to ring from downstairs and they send you the elevator.  It lets you out near or behind the new refrigerators near Daddy's Corner.

Unfortunately, that may no longer be the case.  I see more and more guys advertising on both Rentmen and Rentmasseur.  Some of them may offer different things depending on where their clients found them, but some certainly do not.  Case in point:  I recently hired someone from Rentmasseur who also has a Rentmen ad.  After a good erotic massage (both the massage and the erotic extras were good),  I mentioned the Rentmen ad and asked what further things we could do if I hired him from Rentmen.  "Nothing different."  I pointed out that, for example, his Rentmen ad mentioned he was into toys (something that hadn't happened in our massage session).  He said "yeah, I'm into toys, but just for myself."

I’d have no problem with that. I like to know what clients would like to be included although I think it’s important to keep an element of the unknown; if the massage is too choreographed it’s less exciting.
Before the massage starts I always ask if there’s any part of my client I should avoid, some people say what they don’t want touched (if there is anywhere it’s usually either their head, feet or their bum hole). If they say nothing is off limits then I feel internal massage is ok. Usually if you just apply a bit of pressure with your finger there they’ll open up for you if they want it inside 🙂
If you specifically want to have your prostate massaged as in that example video it’s important to ask. Some clients are quite embarrassed or coy about describing what they want so I’d say it’s a good idea to send a video and say “something like that please”. Most masseurs who do sensual or erotic massage will welcome this.
