+ APPLE1 reacted to jeezifonly in Asian exclusion
When it comes to the personal relationships we speak of here, at age 70, I automatically exclude anyone with the immutable characteristic of being under 35.
It would be natural for a 30yr old to take offense. Just as it's natural for me to steer clear of Reddit.

And that gentlemen is how a quality provider addresses a bad review.
It's a brief review of the facts from their perspective, a very short critique of the party that they feel wronged them, followed by description of their services, including why clients should be motivated to hire them. As an added bonus here, we even have a proposal to attempt to resolution with unhappy clients.

One of the valuable things I learned here (I believe in a post from @Jamie21) was that profiles on websites aren't just for providers. MY client profile is a great place to share what I think is important about me and our potential encounter. I list right up front what activities I am looking for.
It's been great for efficiency! Often with initial communication the provider immediately opens the topic to "I can do X," OR "I do not do X."

In my first message I always include a greeting, an introduction, a where, a when, and what, followed by a 'will this work.'
Hello, Bob here. I am looking for an out-call downtown on Thur night after 7pm. I would like an erotic massage and mutual oral. Are you available for this?

+ APPLE1 reacted to + Charlie in How much personal real-life information do you share?
When I hired providers. I never told them any more information about myself than I would tell a stranger I picked up in a bar: my first name, the area where I lived, and what kind of work I did (if he asked). Why would he need to know my last name, my exact address, or the name of my employer? If the hire was satisfying, and I thought I might want to hire him again, I might tell him my last name, since he might have other customers with the same first name, and he would know who it was when I contacted him again.

I'm glad you think its beef, but since the government has standards for how much rodent hair can be in hot dogs -and other similar contaminates- we can never really be sure. This may have contributed to the creation of such maxims as Ignorance is Bliss, and I aspire to a blissful meal every time I dine out.

+ APPLE1 reacted to jeezifonly in Being attracted to someone who isn't all that attractive
Run-of-the-mill ordinary can be very appealing. Entertainment and Commerce stress our drive for symmetry, hotness, fitness, perfection. Truth is, the intellect, humor and kindness in a live human being can be very seductive when wrapped in a pleasant, but unremarkable package.

I’d rather be harmed while doing something good rather than watching and doing nothing at all. I'm not trying to "virtue signal," but I've had a number of opportunities in life to make this choice and to act on it

I not only think in full sentences before I write anything down, I also edit them at least once in my head before they reach the page. I believe that is at least partly the result of having studied several different languages over the years, and wanting to make sure that what I say is understandable for the intended reader.

I do that with emails and texts and so on. Years ago I read something: Don't write so you can be understood. Write so you can't be misunderstood. I really took that to heart.

+ APPLE1 got a reaction from Loseer2 in Definition of a regular client
Exactly! If I can text you requesting an appointment for Sat afternoon, and really the only details we need to iron out are the specific time, I consider:
1) you a quality provider that remembers me and my needs; and
2) myself a "regular" who has seen you enough, that you remember me.

+ APPLE1 got a reaction from Truance in Caveats in hiring. Please contribute!
@bcbg1205 @bimuscle my experience has been similar to both of yours. Hiring close to 20 years now, and I've never felt uncomfortable, or been truly scammed. The worst I can say is that I have been stood up, or I may have gotten less than what we agreed on. Hell, I was even foolish enough to pay up front a few times when I started out. Even the potential providers I have been interested in, and then researched on here, I have read reviews that indicated things like "wouldn't repeat" but no one I've been interested in hiring has ever been reviewed as a scammer or engaging in sketchy behavior.
The forum certainly made me realize how lucky I have been when I've heard the experiences of other clients.
And I don't know why @bcbg1205 appears multiple times - I can't get it to go away.

I'm gonna call bullshit on this one. I know it's popular in the other Forum for frequent flyer SexTourists to pile shame/shit on Americans "overly" generous in the Brazilian saunas.
Thought experiment time! Let's say a Sauna worker, Bruno, sees a mix of 10 total local and foreign clients in a week.
As a quick, helpful, aside, I worked as a well-reviewed escort, granted it was in the states, for decades and would have remaining digits counting the number of men who overpaid. Most men, most people, don't overpay for goods or services. But, just for funsies, let's pretend 1 of 10 per week "overpay" Bruno because from the Uber Black between GIG and the Hotel Fasano the Client/Tourist noticed a favela and felt sad.
Even a simpleton would not, could not, hold out in his transactions for something near the amount that the generous ONE paid. If he tried, he wouldn't last long. He can try, he will see an American and ask for more, and maybe refuse you if you won't give it. But he won't, he can't, be doing that for long, because the reality nobody can deny is that most men, most escort-clients, and certainly most sex tourists, are not "overly" generous. After all, that's why they are in Brazil, cheap rates for hot guys. And the locals simply won't pay that high amount, so the delusional worker can ask for whatever he likes, he won't get it from them either.
And when you push back like this, the cheapies on the MER, or whatever that forum is called these days clutch their pearls and say, "you don't know. you don't go to Brazil/Thailand (whichever low-earning country they frequent) as often as I do, I know these boys..." blah blah. I don't need to. The advantage of models and simulations is that you don't have to get your hands dirty. So, yep, bullshit.
Good on you ThroatCummer! You are one in a million. Or, one in 10, hypothetically :-)

+ APPLE1 reacted to samhexum in Grocery Surprises, What's Got Your Goat With High Price?
My favorite store (for several reasons, including that it's usually the cheapest) is next to the medical complex where all my doctors are so doctor appt days are usually shopping days but it's 25 minutes from me so I only go there on non-appointment days if the circular is particularly fruitful. Otherwise I have a three-store grouping ten minutes from me that I monitor the circulars of for quick trips for sale items.
Other than soda I have been able to keep prices fairly steady because I shop often enough to almost never have to buy anything not on sale.

No one prepared me for how difficult it is to direct a urinary stream as you get older. In the house I just sold, I had a urinal and that made for an easy and clean urination. I miss that urinal about as much as I miss the bowl these days.

I had cordial chat experience with him once we were able to connect. We couldn't connect via chat while I was actually in town.
Based on my experience, and his advice, I would advise contacting him in advance of trying to book. He is not a "right now" provider, or even one to check his messages everyday.
